New fast food discussion/review thread

OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.

And then there is the whole use the app part of it.

The Bell just does not want P4B business.

boom! nailed it

pig4bill and all non-app using fast-food eaters are subsidizing the cost of food for all us app users! Thanks! It's appreciated.

I just googled P4B like it was some variation of B2B I didn't know what a MORAN.

As a never-apper no-phoner, let me say that aside from buying Popeye's ala carte breasts for $2.75, I don't even buy ff anymore, haven't for months. It costs too much now, ridiculous! I only watch you guys from the sidelines now and remember the old days. I'm like that with drinking stories too btw.

we genxers claim it's in the name of data privacy, yet here we all are online
the same folks would rather run a 4x metric mile relay before having their fingerprint or iris stored on an apple server.

I suppose that depends which finger.

Never downloaded a FF app, as I don't go much. Probably not worth it for me.

Curious how you guys organize them. Do you have a "FF apps" page or folder, or just have them everywhere on the phone?

31 apps in a Food folder arranged by frequency of use. Top four: McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's and Taco Bell.

And while some ff apps don't have any immediate incentive to use, but you accumulate points and receive discounts/free food when you get enough....

....others like mcds and Wendy's have app-only offers that you can immediately use.

Exactly. Same if I fly on an airline I don't have a frequent flyer membership. I always signup.

I also have a special email that I use for all of them.

BTW, $5 margaritas at Chili's tonight! Includes a souvenir glass. Pairs well with the free chips and salsa.

Free (w/$3.14 purchase) Hershey's Chocolate Sundae Pie from the King on 3/14, in the app or at bk.com.

Had BK for the first time in awhile. Do they not put salt on their fries? Texture was amazing but literally zero flavor.

Salt is part of the deal, maybe they had a no salt order and forgot. I think I'd rate BK fries as 3rd best among the top ff chains
