Favorite Stand Up Comics
I couldn't find another thread about just stand up comedy, if it should be moved, so be it.
Just wanted to see who everyo
Chappelle hosted SNL this week and had the longest ever monologue at 17 minutes.
need to spend some time getting to know bernie mac because gillis here (who i love) basically listed all my favorite comics
Saw Katherine Blankfords special, like it a lot.
And Harper Rose Drummonds special.
Not for everyone but its funny to me.
And still wanna cheerleader for This Btch podcast, two filthy women that are funny.

Mentioning podcasts, Jim Jefferies has a new one.
Off to a good start!
The Mighty Bill Burr has a new one out that I haven't had a chance to watch. Saving it for a special occasion, but this one is really great:
woah, he's really good
Bill Burr's was a miss for me - B-/C+ at best. His last two specials were a big step down from his previous work
Richard Pryor's last acting credit.
That Matthew Broussard special was pretty good, but dang it, he just has a punchable face that i can't get over.

omg that sums up my thoughts so well
but damn... that was probably the best standup i've ever seen in my life - just from start to finish he rocked, not a bad part the entire time
Doug Stanhope on Fox News.
I kept hearing about Shane Gillis, saw him on SNL a little too, so I tried out his Beautiful Dogs special. He's funny, I like the sensibility, I like him personally, but he paints so broadly and dumbs things down so much that it loses impact for me. But I'll watch more from him.
Try this. One of the best specials in recent years.

his sketch comedy is how i discovered him - he just did this himself with his buddy and self published
this one is my favorite but perhaps because it hits a little too close to home
I'm not crazy right, someone had to pay Shane Gillis to not do his Trump during all this, right?
If I'm him I do a video DAILY. It's wild he isn't.
Got tickets to see Matt Rife in August. Seems funny from the bits I've seen online.
Haven't seen any Matt Rife but my impression is he is like Dane Cook when he was hot for a short while. Let me know if I am wrong
When Dane Cook was hot for a short while he filmed a movie with prime Jessica Alba.
