888poker confiscated 19k, without explanation [Resolved]
I have been playing high stakes poker on 888poker for over ten years.
About two months ago, I found a spam email from 888
888 does sound really bad for this, sorry to hear. I do still think that if you don't give up and manage to speak to someone higher up who is competent that you can get your money back. The front line level of customer support will never be able to fix this. You need to make a big fuss and get it out more in the public, ideally with the help of some of the other people you ment

888poker support has stopped responding.
Their rep on Reddit has been friendly and tried to put us in touch, but they seem hellbent on screwing people over.
I will never let that happen, though. They will not get away with stealing player funds for bogus reasons.
Be careful about dealing with this site.
They finally paid back the full amount. It was not easy, and it took some public pressure to get it done, but I've got my money back. Thanks for the support.
