Grrrrr, the ACR software is making it impossible to register as a Canadian from the Yukon, as if Canada only had 10 provinces without its 3 territories 😡
Anyone having issues downloading the latest update? I’ve tried on both of my computers and both get stuck at 5% or less. I have completely uninstalled and downloaded again and get the same thing. Any recommendations?
Denied Entry to Promising Tournaments on BlackChip Poker - Need Guidance
Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out to share my frustrating experience with BlackChip Poker regarding their "Spin to Get In" feature. Recently, I successfully landed on "three of a kind" in this feature, which should have granted me entry into multiple tournaments with substantial prize pools:
$8,000,000 guaranteed
$10,000 guaranteed
$15,000 guaranteed
However, despite meeting the requirements, I was denied access to all three tournaments. I've contacted customer support, but they closed my case without explanation, and further attempts to reach them have been met with silence.
With such life-changing money on the line, I feel it's important to raise awareness about this issue. Has anyone else faced similar issues with BlackChip Poker or had any advice on how to escalate this?

Is there an ACR rep on here? I really need help trying to find missing crypto deposits. CS agent is of little help

Apparently no one here and if you reach out to support they pretty much just blow you off I suppose in hopes of discouraging you from trying to exercise your rights
Who handles complaints or helps to resolve issues? I am getting nowhere with their CS agents
Apparently the ship is sailing with no one at the wheel .if you contact support on site they blow you off even if you have overwhelming evidence of foul play. I have reached out to a gaming attorney,the better business bureau and the consumer protection agency.. if enough complain about getting ripped they can apply pressure through regulaters.
I will give it a shot .thanks for the info. It's one thing when you loose by playing bad and I have never cried to anyone when I lost money but when it's basically just stolen from me I take offense. I've been a loyal player and deserve to be treated as such but they are handling me like all I do is complain and try to get something for nothing. My proof is clearand uncontestable.

I have been a player with ACR for about 3 or 4 months. I Never played there in the past. I'm just a small depositor. Maybe $200 or so a week. I mistakenly sent $13k in crypto using an old crypto depositing address. I was trying to send crypto from my online account to my cold wallet. The crypto hadn't credited to my account. Anyways...I reached out to support they were able to locate the missing crypto and credit it to my account. About 20 minutes or so later. I received an email stating that were taking the crypto due to my having an account there in 2021 and there was a chargeback on the account. I kept explaining to them that I'd never had an account there. They said that they sent me an email back in 2021. I told them they couldn't have and asked what email did they sent it to. They said the one that I'm using now. I said that couldn't be the case. Because, How can I sign up for an account using the same email address? They wouldn't answer. I then asked them to please send me a copy of the transaction history so I can look over them. They wouldn't answer. I then asked them to have a supervisor to contact me so we can get this issue straight. As I can 100% assure them that I have NEVER EVER EVER played there in the past. And if that was the case your system should have picked me up 4 months ago when I signed up and I've made over 15 deposit there. Now when I send an email to them. I just get a spam link telling me how to download the software and open an account. ACR are lying on me and stealing my $13k in crypto. I SWEAR TO GOD I'VE NEVER PLAYED THERE BEFORE AND NEVER EVER EVER DONE A CHARGEBACK IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They literally are stealing from me and won't even provide proof. I swear on my kids' lives I NEVER DID A CHARGE BACK THERE. AND ONLY HAD AN ACCOUNT THERE for a few months

I have never played on ACR, are you saying you play on a cash table and don't know how deep your opponents are playing?

At one time you couldn't view the table screen names or stacks unless you sat and played a hand, it was a predatory safeguard I guess. They gave you 3 tokens to use so you could view the table. You only got 3 per day or something dumb like that lol

they are the most annoying mfers ive ever had to deal with
refuse every document i give them and will not tell you why
all because i want to withdraw money?
3rd day in and still wont let me cash out until they get what they are looking for but they wont tell me what they want
