Hey, big fan of the thread. Listen man, you're in a tough spot but I think if you follow this advice you can make it in poker because of how much you seem to want it. Next paycheck, deposit 50$ on stars and grind no higher then 0.55$s and this is still very bad bankroll management and you haven't even proven you can win against these guys, no offense, so grind it up until you have a 1001$ then take a shot at 1$, if you drop at 999 because of life expanse or poker loss go back to 0.55. Keep on grinding and studying until you have lots of money. That's it, never deviate from that and you'll have 400$ then 5k then 60k,then.. But if you don't follow this advice and don't question every play you make and try to improve you will not make it. So do you really want it?

i 'made' it taking shots, at a different time tho..
the guarantees used to be 5-10x what they are now if not 15-20x for some MTTs.
the hope of sinking big and saving this train wreck of a poker career is slim....

Last thing I'll write about this, a definition of 'making' it that I found useful is you'll 100% never go broke from poker and you are able to make money from it, doesn't mather the stackes you play or how much money you have. You could win 1.5million tommorow, I still think you'd go broke with how you handle things. In some aspects you need to become the opposite of who you are right now, that's why 1000 buy ins+ is the solution for you. GL bud

Why not work more? More time working means less time playing poker, which would lose you less money, and would reduce the amount of times you'd have to debase yourself for small amounts of money to reload your accounts. Win-win
