There was a young adult going around my neighborhood offering to repaint your house address number on the curb. I thought that was a pretty good hustle.
We have a veteran's group that periodically comes around offering this service. We took advantage last time. I noticed yesterday it was holding up quite nicely after a year+ in the Az sun.
I like the floor tile at an angle.

Yeah, that's the one thing I specifically wanted. The previous floor was that way. Since it's such a long and narrow space, I felt like square-on would exacerbate the feeling of narrowness.
Don't forget to test your new toilet with a pan of kitty litter 🙂

The box says seven golf balls. The bar which hosts are bar-poker league has four pool tables. I may have to borrow a few of the pool balls.
Shower door guy cam today and took measurements. He recommended, based on the ideas I threw out there, a double-hinged 24" door with a towel bar/handle on the outside and vertical handle inside. We're going frameless, with polished brass hardware.
So, the hinges will be on the wall by the closet. Then fixed panes to take up the rest of that wall (~28", IIRC) and the wall opposite the shower head/control.
Sebastian at another job today, back tomorrow. Finish up floor; still have to get the trim to finish the shower niche. HD says it's "on the way to our store!" When checking the status, the graphic shows "Shipped". The only line in the detail is, "Shipment information sent to FedEx."
Those things don't seem the same to me. Let's hope they do better this time than last.

Tiles grouted. Well, where he could. Awaiting the one piece of trim to finish the shower niche.
After that, in no particular order:
- install toilet
- install trim & door
- reassemble closet
- install shower head/control
- install shower door/glass
- clean up
Might do something to help fill in the space below the window where the tub was. We've discussed some built-in shelving or something, but haven't gotten into details. Probably a couple other small things I'm not thinking of, but seems like we're in the home stretch (ish).

As mentioned, I live on a cul-de-sac. It hangs off the inside curve of a half-circle. The street beyond that is another half-circle.
Got a text last night from somebody on the inner half-circle (across from the cul-de-sac and down a couple houses). David told me to check out the new paint job on the house behind them next time I'm out walking.
Coming back from morning errands, took the outer half-circle. A house just changed color.
Main is kind of a magenta, with electric blue trim. I didn't even think to snap a photo. I'll try to remember to get a pic and post it later.
I'm all for adding character to generic suburbia, but even I can see that's just plain ugly. I can't imagine they submitted paperwork and got approval; new paint job incoming, I suspect.
