On 22.04. I received an e-mail saying "your concern regarding the rakeback is currently under review by our specialized team". They didn't mention which of the 2 rakeback concerns is under review, nor I have received any answer after 4 days. 888rep, can you please follow-up?

If 888 blocked me by mistake and I don't see any other explanation for this because no one has responded to my letters for a week, then let them unblock me and compensate for moral damages with tickets, what's the problem? Why block for a fictitious reason? I don't understand...

They might have assumed that you play from RUSSIA. Afaik they never wrote to you that UKRAINE is blocked, did they?
