There is no ceasefire. It expired a long time ago.
Hezbollah broke the ceasefire October 8, 2023 when it elected to open a second front during the Hamas 10/7 invasion of Israel. And except for a brief 60 day ceasefire at the end of 2024 (that both sides accused the other of breaking) that expired months ago hostilities have been ongoing, although obviously the intensity is much lower now than the first year.
Israel has strategically chosen to de-escalate, but there is no current ceasefire agreement behooving them too. And they have elected not to let Hezbollah rebuild and rearm, insomuch as they have the ability to stop them.
Obviously Israel can only do so much, and if the rest of Lebanon (and really the world) facilitates Hezbollah re-arming they probably will eventually. Which seems to be how things are going.

When he meets Ari Abramowitz, a Texas settler in the West Bank who refuses to even use the word “Palestinian”, he holds his tongue. When he meets a rabbi who calls Palestinians “savages” and “camel riders”, he manages to do the same.
Then comes Daniella Weiss. A key member of the Israeli settler movement for 50 years, Weiss is Theroux’s prime target. She is able to hide her extreme views behind a friendly smile, no matter how aggressively he plays cat and mouse with her. But, at the end of the episode, they both get to each other like never before. Theroux corners Weiss and presses her on settler violence against Palestinians. She says none exists. He says he has witnessed it, notably in a video of a Palestinian being shot. She claims the Israeli shooter was acting in retaliation, then physically shoves Theroux in the hope that he’ll push her back. Instead, he does something he’s never done before. He calls her a sociopath.

Jews have often been disparaged by anti Semites using the term "chosen people". You're using the term very special people. That can be seen as a dog whistle. But you know this. He's from Texas but is convinced that God gave him Palestine. Daniela Weiss, who takes up a fair bit of the film, is even wonkier and more alarming than he is. The repeated encounters with IDF troops are embarrassing and depressing. They are not good quality troops, just a slovenly unaccountable ethnic militia, and they act like it.
