Rice also says he is on pace to break his monthly record. He is at about 150 hours on the 21st. That's 50 hours per week. So he will be at 200 on the 28th and have two days to get over 220 or whatever the number is. He will come up short.
Also why is Rice allowed to make statements like Seat 2 cared more than everyone else in the world? Did he poll 8 billion people? If someone in his comments said this he would be on Mean Stupld Comments.

I haven’t watched a full video of his in months. Once in a while I start one and usually make it about a minute before bailing. I’m also tempted to watch it and make the comment. I could possibly make my 3rd appearance on Mean, Stupid, whatever comments.

If you play at Aria, you can get a comp for that ramen place or any other in the Proper Eats food court. I like the breakfast place in particular. I think Horseshoe comps can be used at any Caesar's resort, and, importantly, for rooms.
