Hello 888rep, I have few issues. I already adressed some of them but haven't received any answer by now.1) Like momentum228 I haven't received any early bird rakeback for the week 31.03. - 06.04. Today I received a response, that regarding the issue 1 I received the early bird rakeback on 28.04.2025.

It seems to me that the person, who wrote it, doesn't understand the promotion. Early bird rakeback is an ongoing weekly promotion with rakeback granted on mondays for the week before. On 28.04.2025 I received the rakeback for the week 21.04. - 27.04. I receive rakeback weekly and the only one week I didn't receive it was the week 31.03. - 06.04. Normally I whould expect to be able to claim it on 07.04.2025.

I still received no answer regarding other issues.

888rep, can you please forward my feedback to them?

Isn't anyone else having trouble playing on 888 due to software issues?
The app keeps freezing/crashing since a couple months


if app is freezing, it mean that u had a disconnect. It always freezes if even micro disconnect occurs. Unfortunately they still did not fix this bug.

yes for the last couple of days it has been freezing a lot(more often than usual), and once it freezes you need to restart the client, then of course you lose all the labels and notes, auto rebuy at the cash game tables stop working so you have to manually re buy if you fall under 100bbs, it is the same for 7 years or so, nothing has changed or improved - same terrible software . its kind of surprising how bad the client is from the technical stand point and nothing has been done to improve it.

Hi. I wrote an email to transaction team ( [email][email protected][/email] ) Of course nobody replied to me. Then i made a post here, and asked 888rep to look at my issue. And then in several days, thanks god, i've got my money. Without any emails etc. I also contacted skrill and they confirmed that my account is fully operational and verified. So it is 100% issue on 888 side.

Reading all your posts, i am glad that stopped playing here for a moment. It looks very strange and weird that so many people have withdrawal problems.
Maybe 888 just short on funds at their e-wallets, this is good scenario. Worst scenario is that they really have some financial troubles. But we can't know the truth. Only 888rep can sort it out. He is a good guy here.


I had the same problem with Neteller, told 888 to cancel it and switched to Skrill and it went through fine.

I can't use anyother method since all other methods force me to use mexican pesos, since i live in mexico, and charge me a 4% fee plus banks fee...

It is impossible to contact them, the online chat does not work, it is also impossible to write to [email][email protected][/email], my message is sent back, they probably banned my mail.

I have been playing at 888 since 2016, I have repeatedly verified my account, everything was fine, now they are asking for documents again for verification. I sent them my driving license, a photo of the credit card I used to make a deposit on 04/13/2025, and a credit card statement. And what do you think? I get a message in my email that your documents have expired, although this is not the case, all the documents I sent are valid.

This is getting to the point of absurdity, I don't understand what the problem is with making a cashout to my Visa credit card, from which I made a deposit three weeks ago? I contacted my bank with a request, were there any incoming transactions on my card? The answer is no.

Who can help solve the problem, maybe write complaints to 888poker, to the company that issued them licenses for the gambling business???

i just received an email that it has been rejected 3rd or 4th time ^^

even the funds haven't been returned to my account and doesn't even appear the reverse

it just appears confirmation ID status
