Netflix "Watch Instantly"
I just recently rejoined Netflix and was pleased to see they have added a "Watch Instantly" feature where you can stream
A few episodes into Million Dollar Secret so far, and I think it's been pretty good.
**** yeah
NBC got their ax going. Found, Night Court and Lopez all sucked right from the beginning.
Suits, after the first 2 or 3 I haven't watched anymore, was pretty boring.
The Irrational I could take it or leave it, average for sure.
Rescue: Hi-Surf got the ax, I am surprised at that, I actually liked that show. Also, On Call from Amazon got the ax, that was pretty good.
Found (NBC, canceled after 2 seasons)
Suits LA (NBC, canceled after 1 season)
The Irrational (NBC, canceled after 2 seasons)
Night Court (NBC, canceled after 3 seasons)
Lopez vs. Lopez (NBC, canceled after 3 seasons)
Of all of those, I think I only watched 2 episodes of Night Court due to being such a fan of the original.
There are a few shows that haven’t been renewed yet that I’m curious about. Yellowjackets being the main one. Season 2 was rough but season 3 had some decent moments and a nice setup for their end game, which is hopefully the next and last.
I'm stunned people under the age of 50 still watch network shows.
Survivor and sports.
Sports are the only thing I watch that has commercials. (now Amazon Prime, too, I guess)(*******s)
Speaking of...
I'm catching up on The Floor on Hulu (commercial free, of course). I cannot imagine having to watch that program with the breaks they throw in. I tell my wife I would have thrown the remote at the teevee a hundred time by now (8 or 9 episodes into the most current season).
The pregnant pauses before each match while the contestants stare at each other are overdone, also, but not quite as rage-inducing.
Let put it this way, if you consider 7/8/9 a movie, I would easily rate it the best SW movie since Empire.
With one 3 episode movie to go, Andor is set to go down as the best SW story ever. Better than the Original Trilogy. Especially if Gilroy got a chance to re-cut and paste Rogue One.
It's certainly the best written and executed SW story. I still think the OT is a better story in the classical sense of storytelling.
A new Rogue One edit would be interesting. Just cutting all of Vader's scenes except the finale makes it a stronger connecting narrative. Given the reshoots, they must have a lot of material they could use.
they need to make "a day in the life of vader"
either real serious, or a super spaceballsy comedy.

We see some of his day to day in Rebels and Obi-Wan. There’s also a bunch of Vader-centric comics that reveal his downtime routines.
A lot of brooding on Mustafar and hanging out in various healing chambers. He still tinkers with technology, mainly his suit. He does various tasks and trials put forth by Palpatine. Other times, he’s micromanaging and/or torturing the Inquistors. Occasionally, he will seek out Sith artifacts and study whatever dark libraries Palpatine gives him access to.
Duster, Murderbot and Love Death + Robots Season 4 this week.
Tonight's episode of The Studio is A+, Bryan Cranston and crew are high AF on mushrooms at Venetian. lol
Special on Peacock now for non-subscribers, $24.99 for a year. code: SPRINGSAVINGS
Yeah, but this is for the ad tier and they just removed the ability to upgrade to ad-free for $6 a month. Like, completely removed the option altogether. If you want no ads, you now have to stomach a 56% increase for no reason.
It’s a blatant gambit to lock people into a yearly plan just before several of their licensing deals expire. I’m canceling peacock outright at the end of the month.
I have the standard rate plan for ad free for a while now and have some kind of $5 of month kick back on my citi card.
I think Peacock is pretty good, they have some decent shows and get a fair amount of movies from the theater first.
Also, they have Reelz network included, I like to watch On Patrol Live Fridays and Saturdays.
Peacock ad free is not worth $14 a month. Not a chance in hell.
$9/mo for me after my monthly kick back. Been that way for seems like over a year, hope it stays.

Right, and it was a less than $8 for many folks like me who did the $20 annual deal on Black Friday and paid the extra $6 per month for ad free. But, they suddenly decided they’re removing the upgrade option this month.
I’d guess you’re probably fine until whatever deal they have with Citi lapses.
I did a free month of Peacock for The Day of the Jackal (which I liked). I got hooked onto a $1.99/mo deal for 6mos. They do have some decent content, but I am not renewing next month.
Yea, looking at my list there isn't a lot coming up in the near future. The movies from the theater usually only get a few days to a week notice.
As far as shows, Poker Face season 2 now, end of July Twisted Metal Season 2 and September the new office spin off "The Paper".
