Hi,can somebody help me with the same issue? I requested withdrawal to neteller on april 15th and it is still awaiting process. My support ID 785657655 . Contacted live support multiple times,was asked to send different documents,few times I was told that it will be in 3 business days. But still it is awaiting confirmation

i just received an email that it has been rejected 3rd or 4th time ^^
even the funds haven't been returned to my account and doesn't even appear the reverse
it just appears confirmation ID status

We’re very sorry to inform you that we’re unable to process withdrawals via Neteller at this time, as your last two attempts were unfortunately rejected. Additionally, bank transfer is not currently available on your account.
At the moment, the available withdrawal options for you are Skrill and VISA. In order for our system to recognize these methods, you’ll first need to register them by making a minimum deposit from your 888poker account. Once the deposit is complete, the method will become available for future withdrawals.
Please note that you will still be able to withdraw the deposited funds afterward, as long as there are no pending gameplay requirements.

I requested withdrawal on april 15th to neteller as it was available option for me. On april 23rd I even made deposit that it will fine for withdrawal for sure. Now after 3 weeks I need to deposit again from Visa to be able to withdraw to it. I am afraid my Visa will be not good for withdrawal also

pro tip:
try clearing cachΓ© and reopening couple times the software if you want to have the online chat... they do have one... but it just takes 20 times trying to bring it up working fine ^^

this is their new answer, why can a neteller withdrawal be declined??
I've contacted neteller 3 times and they say it's all working fine.
If I send them my bank account, they will send it in MXN (mexican pesos), so they will apply this high fee of 4%+, that 888poker applies on currency exchange...
That's why my only method that works fine on 888poker is Neteller...
Any solution 888rep?? Or why this is happening?

So I''ve just opened another electronic bank similar to neteller... and deposited to 888poker to see if it works for withdrawing via this bank.
Let's see if it works for withdrawing, since no solution is being found.. and almost 3-4weeks have passed.

and cancel the one that it has been rejected for still unknown reasons for 4 weeks.
The rejected withdraw is 828335075054 , just tell them to give my money back to my account asap! Because the money is gone and doesn't even give me the opportunity to reverse it.

In this case, I am Mexican, so they will withdraw in MXN, which applies a 4.5% currency exchange that 888 applies (plus all the rake we've payed...)
I've tryed a new method, so I would like my funds back from the withdraw rejected, and asap the new withdraw so this method finally works.
because this is super frustrating, i dont understand how hard can this be.
I play 5 sites, I use neteller on 4 of them and none has given me any problem or issue.

I thought you could choose the currency used for a withdrawal? If that's still the case, then there are earlier posts in this thread that explain the process; like:

In my case, I live in Mexico, I am mexican now, but my bank is based in Gibraltar, so they don't accept this bank.
So my only methods were neteller usd, or skrill euros. So if I use skrill euros, they apply like a 4%+spread on 888...
its not like PS that you can change with a small spread, and then cashout with no fee in any currency...
Or am I missing somehting?
edit : i've checked the post, and as said, if you bank can process usd, will apply lower fee there... But 888 is quite annoying with bank base.
I have a poish bank, a Gibaltrar and a UK one but I have residence in Mexico, so none of those were valid for 888 xD so...
