As per our specialized team's review, the member's Neteller account was removed due to multiple rejected withdrawal attempts. Therefore, documents were requested in order to reprocess the withdrawal via wire transfer

Good morning. I've had funds in this site for a long time and have been trying to withdraw them without success. Haven't played for 2 years, and the money is just there. Despite sending every possible document to verify my identity, residence, and more, and after being left waiting for *months*, they still refuse to release my money. At this point, I honestly don’t know what else I can do. I've never experienced anything like this with any other site.
To make matters worse, my account was recently blocked and I was told to "contact support." The irony is that I’ve been in contact with support via email for over a year, and all I get are generic, useless replies that go in circles and resolve nothing. A few weeks before the account block, I wasn’t even allowed to connect from the country I’m currently in to request the withdrawal. I tried using a VPN from other countries, and that didn’t work either.
What’s even more concerning is that, when I mentioned this to another player recently, he told me he knows at least six other players in the exact same situation with this site. This raises serious suspicions—either they’re bankrupt or this is a case of "soft theft," using arbitrary document rejections as an excuse to hold players' funds indefinitely.
Support is practically non-existent: they either don’t reply, send automated messages, or repeat the same copy-paste nonsense endlessly. There’s no phone support that I’ve been able to find either.
If this isn’t resolved by next week, I’ll open a new thread in this forum to expose what’s happening, so other players are warned about these scam-like practices.

i'v changed neteller method to a card that I deposited succesfully with.
Now it's been 9 days, and maximum processing time is 8 days...
Payment is still showing up to be reversed...that is not a good sign..
What is going on...
I spoke with neteller everything is fine since all sites are depositing or withdrawing correctly with my neteller

In the live chat they promise me every day that everything will be fine today, but nothing has happened. All timeframes is passed and status is still "Awaiting process". No one answers the e-mail. I passed the verification a long time ago, and everything is fine with the account. The withdrawal method is Luxon.

My method is Luxon. But my withdrawal was not canceled. It is with status "Awaiting process" already more than 9 days. And nothing happens.
