I agree with all that except Global blows this site out of the water. Ignition and ACR are total garbage for cash games. Maybe donkaments are OK.
I live in California and had no issues until recently. The closest real casino to me is 100 miles away and I've never had problems logging onto any other site geolocation wise. Club wpt gold is just lazy, fos and incompetent tbh.
The ongoing geolocation issues are indeed total crap. How can soo many people from all different states have this exact issue using the new desktop client yet experience no problems using the browser log in method with the exact same internet connection. Also, I have tried the desktop client on both Windows and Mac with no success. Support just continues to throw the white flag and offer no solutions at this point in time too.

It’s not just the geolocation issues on app it’s how they thought it was a good idea to roll out multi tabling on a bug infested desktop app instead of developing multi tabling for browser where 90 percent of recreational players play off mobile devices!
Their incompetence has made the games way more reg heavy as the only ones able to multi table are mostly nit grinders. Just crazy how bad their leadership is currently.

Yep, they don't even have basic common sense. Site is doomed to fail. The tax form requirements aren't rec friendly either. Hopefully these recs find out or know about Global. Way better and easier site to play on.
Payouts do not seem to be an issue at all...very quick. I'm surprised they've been mentioned, tax form arguments aside.
Of all the things the WPT brand is not going to risk their reputation on, it would be payouts. Get real.
What was the process when you went to withdrawal? I just requested withdrawal for first time the other night and the amount was taken out of my online bankroll immediately but I have not received any email or update about the pending withdrawal. Also there is no tab on the profile that shows the pending withdrawal either. Unless im missing it

When you hit the + chips symbol at the top if gives you 3 options
Buy coins
Redeem Sweeps Coins
Transaction history. <------------------------------- after you hit this it gives you two tabs. Purchases or Redemptions
Go to "Add Coins" then click on either "Redeem Sweeps Coins" or "Transaction History", shows up there as Pending.

Took them a week and half to send me the W-9 (I should have preemptively filled it out since all they do is send you to the IRS website anyway). After that, all withdrawals have been around 4-5 business days.
It seems slow when your used to getting your withdrawals within an hour but that has more to do with them using the legacy financial system. Its a lot faster to push a button and send bitcoin when you don't have to do any KYC or work with any banks.

I think a lot of players coming back to online poker on a super soft site are still in the 2007 UB mindset. You were ALWAYS supposed to pay taxes on cashouts back in the day but no one did, me included. Welcome back to the real world
KYC is the price to be paid for people to deposit with a debit card. If yo are above average you will make up for any dumb forced taxes.
As an update- they emailed me this morning and sent the w9, which was very easy to compete online using the link, and after a few hours I got an email saying that my redemption request has been successfully processed and the funds are on the way. So yeah, depending how long it takes to arrive in my bank account seems fairly easy/smooth cash out process
I've emailed support 2 hours ago and they still haven't responded really slow..................
7 hours later still no response from support very unprofessional on the surface, I wonder what else is as well behind the scenes.

I just send them an e-mail asking for an update when a withdraw takes too long and it magically goes through with a script replied e-mail with 5 paragraphs in it that could have been sum up in one sentence; "We're busy, give us a break" LOL!
And FYI the desktop software works flawless now on a PC now.
Yes, they had a very bad opening week on its launch but was fine by me as I was freerolling them with their issued refunds. I don't know why people on here are still whining about it.

I'm surprised you're a fan of the site, I am highly disappointed in the rollout so far, the software is terrible and the RNG is highly questionable with no certification. It's really making me miss global since the Nevada residents got kicked out.
