It's not about whining, it's the garbage product they've put out. Calling their software flawless is pretty delusional considering their limitations and greed. You can't even take notes, lol. Poker sites were doing notes 15 years ago.

Not having notes is whatever. Usually taking notes on the site ends up being super difficult anyways. I use a separate note app and it works much better. And you can access it if you play on different devices etc. I do wish you could tag ppl I guess or maybe if their vpip/pfr was showing without having to click on them.

Also the paying for time bank is kinda tilting but it would be better if that money that is paid for extra time goes to the other players at that table and not just to the site lol.

Also I wish the hand history situation wasn’t so tilting. It’s hard to look up a hand during play cuz it covers the screen. And if you try to sit out and check it it kicks you out of the table quickly

Also there should be a ‘sit out when straddle’ option

The main thing that I WISH that other operators will take note on is that the people WANT this type of structure that encourages ACTION. Forced straddles and antes as big as the small blind! I’m worried this site will be banned in LV but if that happens I hope that WSOP will make their hold em games with the same structure! PLZ! Don’t incentive nitty play with whack two blind only structure. Do the opposite and encourage ACTION JACKSON!!

The process around my tax form was insane too. 3-5 business days to sent the form, 3-5 business days to review the form and ask for additional address verification, 3-5 to confirm address, 3-5 to send funds, 3-5 for me to receive. 3-5 business days to address (not even resolve) customer support tickets is barely acceptable on its own, but they actually take the full 5 business days not counting weekends, and it seems like every interaction restarts their clock.

Can’t believe it’s been a month since the app came out and still no fix for those that are having geolocation issues yet are able to 1 table on the browser fine. Such a joke.

the site is really choppy if you try to switch devices mid tournament the buttons start glitching doing un intended bet sizes. the desktop app is showing I'm in a state that's not allowed to play.

the wpt brand is a cheap whore that'll sell it's license to use their name to anyone.

That's exactly what I think they do. The mod in discord told me that WPT Global and ClubWPTGold are two different companies. In the terms and conditions both have offices in Cyprus but two different addresses. If you count the Club WPT subscription site that would actually be 3 different sites. I think all 3 have different ownership all licensed through the WPT brand. Similar to a fast food franchise lol

I'll add that I think WPT signs the pro team and takes care of the marketing, the ownership probably does the rest

If you own a McDonalds you will never have to worry about doing commercials or marketing because the corporation takes care of that. All you have to worry about is running the individual restaurant. I think that's what we have going on here. The marketing is great but the site itself doesn't function properly because the actual owner of the site has no clue what's going on or how to run a poker site

Requested a withdrawal today. They sent W-9, I sent it back, they requested another piece of info. I sent it in and the withdrawal was approved about an hour later. I have a lot of complaints but that process was simple, at least for me.

Bubbling final tables is winning in its own right. Maybe move up a buy in level where your opponents will respect your raises

I just bubbled another final table thats six i'm about to ban myself permanently

theres no way its mathematically possible for me to lose that many flips in a row causing me to bubble six final tables

What size fields & buy-ins are these MTTs ??

I know this crap is ridiculous. Emailing support and they essentially continue to wave the white flag for the time being. We need to DM and call out all the paid influencers that shill this crap to get them to use their influence and connections to get this software fixed.

Still pretty good to be making it that deep consistently. Sucks you aren’t getting final table and bigger payouts but repeatedly getting top 1-2% of the field means you’re doing something well. Keep at it, I’m sure you will break your streak soon.

um its not possible to lose that many flips in a row to bubble that many final tables. Prior to my most recent elimination to miss the final table i lost 3 flips in a row if on average that's how many i lose prior to my bust out that would be18 flips in a row.

Don’t underestimate the overall grand scale that is variance in online poker. Also, be thankful to consistently make it that deep in a string of MTTs. You still have gotten lucky and/or not been unlucky to even make it that far in the first place. You need to refresh and look at it with a new perspective.

I'm losing flips in a row prior to the final table at a alarming rate its comical. Can i ask how you've ran on this site @ggecko

Don’t play many tournaments (near break-even thus far) but I’m up over $4k+ on 35k+ hands in ring games over the last 3+ months. I also lose flips with AK often and get hit by cooler 1 or 2 outers too. This site is still very soft and that’s why all my online volume has been devoted to it this year.

Yea they put it front and center of the website lol, almost like some sort of brag. Where is the highest quality product???? I haven't found that part of the software yet

app still cannot locate properly for me, one table it is.....

Flip a coin until you hit 5-6 in a row heads or tails. It will happen sooner than you think. And then over 10k flips you will be very close to 50/50.

Didn't ask me, but to my senses 80% props like pair or pair are holding up about like they should. Flips are running about like they should. That's over 15k hands and many tourneys. This has never been my sense on Global Poker. Take that FWIW.
