you need to look up the definition of lying and try to understand the necessary conditions for such a label to apply.
you guys get so mad about links and I provide links to all of this stuff and you clearly dont read them. Israel is clearly arming gangs to create unrest and steal aid. the people in Gaza and in touch with those in Gaza claim that many of these gangs are ISIS type. these are the same people that have been correct about 99% of the time in this genocide.

They are going scorched earth. Seems they have decided If they can’t have Gaza then no one can and it must be destroyed down to the bones.

How do you know it's Hamas?
At this point I think it's fair to assume Hamas is losing it's C&C capabilities and a lot of its members have broken off and become these armed gangs. They might rejoin Hamas proper if Hamas leadership gets its acts together.
My hypothesis is that Israel is not actively arming anyone. They are just allowing a power vacuum to develop for some combination of strategic consideration and unwillingness to risk themselves to protect Palestinian civilians.
Should a credible power bloc emerge, then Israel may make a deal with it to do security sharing. But until then, Israel has little to gain by arming anybody.
Maybe Dun could provide a link. Even tweet would be fine. I did Google "American field hospital Gaza" and did not find anything recent.

It is coming from Israeli sources, so take it as you will. But the people handing out the current aid say the Palestinians are actually shocked it is just being handed for free, as they are so used to Hamas confiscating all the aid and then selling it to them.

Hamas is fairly decentralized as a rule. I think it is splitting hairs to argue isolated squadrons that aren't currently operating under any central command are currently not Hamas.
I would guess it is correct that Israel is intentionally creating a power vacuum, although it seems they want to be the de facto power, and aren't interested in letting any homegrown power bloc emerge.
It seems Israel really has no intention of ending the war with Hamas still around*; so the rest of the world should either:
a) put pressure on Israel to make peace with Hamas, which would probably have to be major sanctions and embargos
or
b) stop supporting Hamas and work towards removing them.
--I obviously think (b) is the preferable option.
*Which given the atrocities of 10/7 on top of Hamas starving and executing hostages isn't an unreasonable position
