I have no idea what the hell you mean by "going to unstuck."

Only Luciom makes my physically ill. I question anyone whom he doesn't affect in that way.

you blocked me, purportedly.

yet you answer my claims even when no one is reposting them.

if you want to be a functioning adult in society you have to accept people exist that you deeply despise. learn to live life ffs

No, I don't have to accept fascist liars. You demonstrably lie over and over again to cling to your awful, shtty views. Seriously gfys. And I can block and unblock you with or without your permission so eat a bulging bag of them.

I have no reason to ever believe anyone who claims anything that is politically convenient for the left in any dynamic of any news cycle about anything.I have reason to believe that any claim which is politically convenient for the left that isn't vetted and fully confirmed by non leftist, in any occasion for any topic, is always construed in full bad faith.that doesn't guarant

Lol Maybe don't be such an emotive feeler rather than a thinker? And you're framing is not at all accurate of what went on. You were not just skeptical of certain sources and waiting for confirmation in silence. You were actively peddling BS from the jump... like before anyone said anything!!! LOL. What prior did you use to start doing that? Are you going to no longer use THAT prior? It's insane that you were able to say yesterday it was a liberal mad about healthcare for the undocumented, but now can't say he was an evangelical Trumper. This is again, back to the whole IQ thing; I'm not expecting you to be smart but seriously get better at propaganda at least. These are rookie mistakes and you post here more than anyone.

I was skeptical when it was random twitter sources.

then the ny post, which broke some exceptionally relevant news with heavy political weight, against the mainstream, getting vindicated every time in the last few years, reported on that and I believed it.

and it came out what they wrote was all factually true.

and that was 12-18 hours before the trash democratic party aligned sources admitted that was true (and every 10 minutes these days it's an insane delay).

but the democratic operatives in the media are good at their job. and they made up, from thin air, the purported "reverse connection".

they attempted to picture a person which worked for 2 democrat state administration as a republican.

that gives you guys the "benefit of the doubt". they are good at what they do. no matter if there isn't anything confirming their claims at all in the slightest.

Show the actual NYPost article. I can't believe even they would make up his motivation based on nothing or at best straight logical fallacy.

Show the actual NYPost article. I can't believe even they would make up his motivation based on nothing or at best straight logical fallacy.

I linked it in this thread.

They didn't "make up his motivation".

They sourced that he worked for two consecutive Uber leftist democrat governors as a direct appointee.

Which is more than enough to claim he was one of them. Those slots are reserved to compensate the low quality dei hires in their campaigns as you know.

It's one of two scenarios.

Either it was a democrat operative. Or he was someone who infiltrated the democrat party of Minnesota for 10 years with no one around him, even if they are all acutely looking for signs of political misconduct, ever noticing he wasn't one of them and he was a crazy assassin.

In both scenarios, the guilty party is the Democratic party of Minnesota, for enabling that person.

Ofc the scenario where he is a genius infiltrator that managed to convince 100+ ppl for 10 years he was a leftist while he wasn't is a very low probability one.

But if that is what happened, then the whole state party whose head is the stinky, grotesque caricature of a man called Tim Tampon Waltz, is directly responsible for the recent events anyway.

Because you don't get to collaborate and work daily with someone for 10 years who then comes out as a political assassin without repercussions.

And you know that. Very well. Which is why you try to deny and dodge and change argument.

It's atrocious that the democrats in Minnesota didn't understand who they were dealing with. Disastrous. Waltz should resign in shame and never again appear in public life.

And the fact the party nominated that guy as VP is an indictment of the moral character of the whole party

Well kudos to you for admitting this I suppose.

I hope you see why this would make your conclusions subject to some pretty severe bias. And also make no one take you seriously when you only cite/believe sources that fit your preferred view.

Kinda like how you’re so worried about the danger of saying he’s a righty, but it’s perfectly fine to say this was leftist violence.

Edit -also why can’t you just say “no I still don’t believe it”. Is that so hard?

He cannot be rightwing definitionally. Rightwing people do not work for democrats this isn't 1995.

At the end the person who got killed was a center left person willing to work with the right, in a blue leaning state.

So it's the left who gains, because in her place, a more "loyal" leftist will be seated.

Qui prodest applies lacking more details. If the left gains from the kill, the kill is more probably originated from the left.

And you know that.

The article that said he was a registered republican in 2022? Lol the problem with your type is when you need to go full sandy hook and start saying that even the Post is lying or being mAniPuLTed bY lrftIsTs its not really any dumber than your baseline.

Oh lol. You made up the whole motivation thing yourself. My favorite was you trying to bluff and say "you know I'm not one of those typical low IQ conservatives", then confirming practically every right wing low IQ cognitive deficiency in the book. Just masterful stuff.

And again, he had some volunteer apolitical post. Someone else with the same appointment talked about being the opposite of Walz politically. You just don't understand what his appointment was even after it being explained to you. Again, you can't fix your IQ but you can simply do the background reading before forming such strong and wrong opinions.

Steve Kalina owns a small manufacturing business and has been on the governor’s workforce board since 2019 and said he’s on the opposite end of the political spectrum from Walz.

It's a politics forum where people like Luciom or even Inso aren't allowed to post there. Some could argue it's a safe space from that type of behavior which is fine. I try to mind my Ps and Qs when posting there out of respect.

My point was that I have learned that sometimes a place like this can be pretty bad for certain people sometimes and when you mention "physically ill" i think it can at least warrant a post on the matter on perhaps an alternate place.

Where is it, just out of curiosity. I'm not leaving here because of people like him, and I'm not interested in posting about politics in more than one place. I'm here simply because I was around here for a long time and made some friends that post here, and there are a lot of readers here and I don't like them reading disinformation unopposed. Physically ill is obviously a bit of an exaggeration, but I do mean it turns my stomach in the way that many people use that phrase to indicate utter disgust.

I got permabanned from Unstuck for stating the obvious one time too many: "Unstuck is a safe space for disgruntled Lefties."

I was permabanned for saying, "Gentlemen, maybe we don't start pissing on her grave while her body is still warm" a few hours after RBG died and they were all pissing and moaning about her being the worst human being on the planet for not retiring when she had the chance. It was pretty bad even for them.

It seems to me I was doing that community a service by acting as a focal point for their toxicity. I think Microbet was the one who said that they started eating each other after me and probably a few others were run out of town and then they had to split off to yet ANOTHER forum. I don't know the name of that one.

Big snowflake energy over on Unstuck.

If any of them read this, feel free to unban me and maybe I'll come back to help heal the divide among your factions of lefties.

The phenomenon of a group being defined by their enemies is a common and well known one. Once the supply of obvious enemies is exhausted, new enemies need to be recruited from within the group itself. I would describe what I witnessed on Unstuck as exactly this, although I would say that Trump losing the 2020 election was a much more obvious and important nucleation point than your banning.

I think the enemy driven identity extends to a lot of other areas outside of politics obv. I saw it in college when the rival team was gone and the infighting began.

When an enemy exists, the group has a purpose. But when the enemy is gone, the group continues to look inward for new targets and rationalizes those targets to the same manner and degree - which can push folks towards extremism when the remaining outliers become closer to you as a result. But it's a certain personality trait that I don't think is healthy obviously, namely because an enemy is always needed and I think that causes people to begin to hate themselves.

I am not trying to start a failing security company so I can easily afford to own a second house that I don't use that much. If I couldn't, yeah I might have to rent a random room in the city.

Not all groups. Progressive groups are usually reasonable and mostly quite nice even towards those they strongly disagree with.

As a libertarian I find myself at odds with leftists and rightwing people all the times.

The way they treat "dissidents" in the two groups isn't even remotely the same.

I was able to argue in favor of first trimester abortion, of drug legalization, against tariffs, in favor of porn and sex work and gambling to be legal, against alcohol and cigarette excises and so on with rightwing people who disagreed, even as groups, all the times without being harassed.

The were only 2 times I got harassed by a politically rightwing group: when I quarrelled with brexiters in 2016 (but that maybe was because I called them ******ed monkeys repeatedly), and when I argued fully against lockdowns in March 2020 claiming that even if someone believes they work the lives of the elders are not worth saving at the expense of the young.

That got me targeted and harassed by the christian right in Italy (and I think other countries in Europe?), I had to lock the twitter account and so on.

But with progressives it was like that everytime you attempted to claim anything they disagreed with
