2025 World Series of Poker May 27th - July 16th
Apparently, all online events were down for people so I'm not sure what they're planning on doing for the other events.
What a complete train wreck for an online platform that shelled out $500, 000, 000 for the brand only to have their online platform crash during their inaugural running of the WSOP.
someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly certain the WSOP still uses the 888 software/app on their online poker platform and not GGPoker.
So far their biggest views has come from a PLO8 10k. I'll never understand for the life of me why PokerGO doesn't have a simple barebones stream that can handle mix games and then have a stage for NL events that they can edit for CBS sports for the 20 patrons of whatever small town bar that has it on that is totally ignoring it.You have a series of 10k events that will have sm
Just a guess but maybe because pokergo is Cary Katzβs pet project and heβs already stupidly rich from scamming college kids. My guess is they just donβt really care.

Letβs be honest. Most poker players buy the PokerGO suscription, think about cancelling it, realize it takes more than couple of clicks, never do it and they can put up mediocore content because we are just too lazy to do anything about it (= vote with our money).
Ivey Ivey Ivey!π

Im one of the biggest poker content watchers I know and I dont have PokerGo. I dont know a single person who actually pays for PokerGo (if they do they keep it secret in embarassment). Absolutely horrendous site. Their priorities, their schedules, the fact that you are supporting the biggest stage of poker being behind a paywall in today's age when full access streaming is the obvious choice for the growth of the game. **** PokerGo.
WSOP dealers are like NBA refsβthese are the best youβre going to get. Thereβs nobody else. They will never remotely come close to paying what it would take to get good out of towners to leave home for two months, sleep four to a trailer on Koval or by the Stratosphere, and up put up with everyone whoβs been watching Hellmuth the past thirty years.Any glamorous idea of dealing
about ten years ago I saw a guy berate a dealer with neck tattoos very early during the WSOP. He wouldn't let up. Finally the dealer stood up leaned into the guys face and told him "you're ****ing with the wrong one". The player shut up and left shortly there after.
Missing hands -- particularly big blinds -- when you are short-stacked is a good thing. DUCY?
If it's good for him individually then it's bad for everyone else in the tournament.
I'm sure some euro with a scarf would be giddy at getting to miss a bunch of hands without paying blinds but the poster was obviously annoyed he couldn't play.
It's a shame there's no PokerGo coverage of the 2-7 Lowball Draw Championship, should be a good FT
Schulman chip leader, Elias/Smith/Mueller/Evelsage/Negreanu/Yu all still in with 10 left
Here's a 4-1/2-hour stream. They start with 8 and lose only 2 players, as play was generally passive and tight. Jared Bleznick joined the booth and provides detailed, insightful commentary.

Elias and Schulman entering the 8th hour heads up, exchanging chip leads. What a battle!

It's a shame people don't actually look on PokerGo.
So has anyone actually used ACH to fund their WSOP+ app buy-ins? I've gone through the app and the online FAQs and cannot find anything about how to set it up with one's bank account and routing numbers.

I didn’t attempt to set up ACH and I’m not sure why anyone would do it either. Link your checking account to your paypal account and pay for buy-ins through PayPal. That is what I did and it was super quick and easy.
Schulman GOAT

It was added to the schedule after I posted :p
Anyone who uses PayPal to fund gambling is begging to have their balance seized. Their appeals process is a rubber stamp that says "Go **** yourself."
Hellmuth in 2nd in $2.5K OE.
$250K has huge stacks and tiny stacks hanging on to move up in places.
Aaaaaaaand no Hellmuth final table coverage
I think blom90 winning plo10k is bigbig momenet in his career, defining moment... Man is treading a line between mediocrity and superstardom painted in bobby's room tonight

He didn't win anything, I don't think. Spectacular results in this and last Series though, probably the first times he came to the Series. Just incredible player, even if he got taken for a lot in HU PLO.
Do they let you play the online events if you are just on vacation in Las Vegas but your permanent residence is in a non-gambly state?
And where is the schedule for online events? I can't find anything but wikipedia, which has a list of the events in order, but no structure or start time etc.
