Rather than a few homeless ladies Mets should be shooting for a number of housed women who live ~ a comfortable days drive from one another. He could comfortably branch from Vegas to the west coast and up into Canada or down south and back. Could be set up for life.
Kinda feel more most women maybe being somewhat homeless might be > than living with parents to some?
I’ll take the under. The way under. Living with your parents is much easier to explain or rationalize. Could even get sympathy (“I’m taking care of my sick parents” “I’m trying to kill them slowly for inheritance purposes” etc.) No one wants to hear anything from the homeless, they have a tough time even looking them in the eye. A harsh, but true reality.
I’d suggest fixing your homeless situation before dating, you will greatly increase your dating pool when you don’t have to look for pools to wash yourself or your clothes in.
Homelessness is just a bevy of red flags. Big, ugly, nasty red flags, too.

i guess you are right living with parents is better but at what age is that going to start being a huge hill to climb? 25-28?

That’s disgusting. I would block her if I was being nice. If I was being selfish I would message her a week or two later and ask her if she wants to spend the night and then try to bang her and see if it’s worthwhile.
