i think majority of people in UK and Ireland wash their chicken (we do) with cold water.

you dont know who was handling it was it dropped etc

Some people wash it and use lemon juice

Washing chicken is completely pointless

I’ve moved to Europe after spending my whole live in the US. Chicken here will often still have a couple feathers not plucked etc. I probably should start watching my chicken.

or shampoo…just don’t repeat after the initial rinse - once is all you need

Conditioner is good too, for tenderising it. Just don't leave it on too long.

I don’t wash chicken & I don’t do this

You rinse chicken in a low-trust society.

Banchan bbq wings on the charcoal grill.

Ohh tell me more, what’s the recipe. I thought banchan was Korean side dishes?

washing... blanching... whats the difference.

This recipe has way more flavor than I expected. It’s also great on chicken. Recommend Bigly.

Tuna nachos. Fried up wontons, tuna, jalapeΓ±o, spicy furikake, mashed avocado, cucumber, wasabi sauce, eel sauce. Made everything but the fish.

are you ****ing kidding me hans

Yum!!!

Looks delicious Mr Man! Phish watch party favors?

Wife wanted to start a Friday night app/cocktail tradition this summer. I handle the food she handles the booze.

Phish is killing it this tour! I will be watching #couchtour

Thanks Red! That’s really nice to hear. I can’t wait make this again later this summer for my in laws. Couldn’t have been happier with how they came out. Cheers!

Random or coordinated food/booze? What did the wife provide? Sake martini seems apropos, or perhaps a Choya n soda?

Local highly rated sushi joint does "poki chips" which is crab/ponzi/etc/fried wonton that I may have to grab an order of because I can't really stop thinking about this dish...

Raw tuna purchased in the morning.

Wife made us Gin Rickeys, tasted great outside on the deck. Now I gotta start planning for next Friday’s app.

Summertime in Phoenix by the pool calls for Tanq n Limeade by the gallons. Poor (lazy!) man's GR.
