Anyone else not able to get cash tables to run on the stand alone client? The tourney table works fine, I try to open a cash game and it keeps saying there's connection issues while the tourney tables runs along just fine.

For me there is a pattern where (I only play cash) I’m able to get one or two (usually two) tables running properly, then the third always disconnection message.

So in your case it may be that it’s the third table you’re opening rather than that it’s a cash table.

Same for me a lot of the time.

Unbelievably the App for multi-tabling is STILL having location error problems. Has anyone been able to come up with a solution?? (I'm on a desktop)

Ya there’s of a bunch of us that still can’t multi-table using the client due to geolocation issues however have zero issues playing single table on the browser. There hasn’t been any updates to this issue for the last 2 months since its debut. The rumor is it should be fixed / updated by end of July along the same timeline when PLO is available.

Nope, there isn't. And I wish they'd stop pushing the worst US site. Somehow Global has the least action now and is by far the best software, rakeback and games of any site. It's unbelievable and frustrating.

Maybe if Global offers a million $ golden ticket in a rival entities tourney goading players to game the **** out of it then it may generate some publicity for them.

Perhaps. I can't even log on to Clubwptgold on any browser or phone even because their middle school tech team can't figure out how to geolocate correctly.

utg (setflop) raises 3x, straddle 9x (Vantagreen), utg 48x, straddle calls and open jams for 2bb effective and utg folds. This after seeing other things going on from vanta earlier.

Does Club WPT Gold have a mechanism to prevent multi-accounting? Or would it be as easy as providing multiple phone numbers, and after accumulating chips amongst the multiple accounts at one table, simply dumping to one of the accounts who cashes out and files the W-9?

I have no problems single tabling on browser or phone but haven’t been able to multi-table using their client for past 2 months since release.

From my Google search, some people have reported using Starbucks WiFi to log in via client and then it solved their geolocation issues when they got home.

Earlier today, I tried this method at Starbucks with my MacBook and successfully logged into their client for first time ever to multi-table. Then, I went home and tried again only to receive same generic geolocation error message that wouldn’t let me log in.

Such a joke, I drove a couple miles away and it works fine on public WiFi. Get home using same computer but it doesn’t work using my home internet.

Unfortunately with the influencers getting paid to shill for the site, they will continue to get away with this.

I finally made it through my 10k stretch of breakeven and I’m now up large on the site but still hating the rake lol.

I play 52/26 VPIP/PFR which actually seems fine for 3 blind + ante cash games to me but I’m definitely getting brutalized on the rake. I give tons of action but don’t get anything back. The site should be paying to have a player like me on the site that doubles or triples the value per hour of whatever table I’m on.

I can't play cash games period on the client. The tourneys work, but when I open a cash table it gives an message about connection issues and cant get onto the table.

No idea about this specific hand but I have seen players (bad players) snap call 95% of their stack preflop just to fold the flop when they are likely getting odds to call with any 2 cards just for the runner-runner odds.

I assume this is either a $1 or $2 straddle game? I have played with Vantagreen a lot and never noticed anything that seemed suspicious to me. Not vouching for him/her because I have no idea but I personally don't think anything shady is going on in games I have played with that player. I don't recognize the UTG name and I can't read the third player's name.

In fact, after about 40K hands I have never once had a strong suspicion that I was being colluded against. This is compared to playing on Bovada for the last few years where I get that feeling literally every time I play.

Looks like New Jersey passed a sweepstakes ban effective today interested to see how ClubWpT handles this.

Global and ClubsPoker already sent out emails detailing their exit from NJ.

Global Poker software isn't good are you high? They had their chance and did absolutely nothing with it. Entirely their own fault the site is a ghost town.

Wow that sucks. They banned it here in CT last month too but at least gave us till Oct 1st to win some more $. I'm really going to miss the MTTs action on this site.

My humble opinion is a online intra state poker bill is gonna be put forth and that’s why all the cease and desist orders but I’m just hoping

Do the other sweep sites that got banned in some states like Global or Clubs also issue W-9 tax forms ?

I feel like that’s the primary reason why WPT Gold is able to comfortably skate by in the 46 eligible states.

What site are you referring to here as being recently banned in CT? I live in CT too, but I got kicked off Global last year and Clubs de-activated my account in June with only 2 weeks notice.
