the connection issues are brutal. then you can't close the ****ing window to try again.

To many people's eternal joy, Global does not utilize the W-9 tax forms and never has.

What are the actual odds that you see 3 of a kind flopped in back to back hands ? And the exact same 3 cards / suits in two straight hands…

Not saying it’s rigged but the RNG def gives you bizarre impressions when you see exact same flops down to the suits twice in a row. Just another glitch in the matrix I suppose.

It's the same odds that any other flop has to appear: about once in every 130,000 flops.

This is demonstrably false and absolutely NOT how it works.

There are 19,600 total flops once you remove 2 cards from the deck for your holdings.

It is 384,000,000:1 to receive the same exact 3 card flop in back to back hands.

These are the situations that if there tends to be a pattern or recognized at a wildly higher rate than normal that show flaws in an RNG or non use of an RNG and that it is poor coding/systems that fall into their own quasi random patterns and is why you see these things WILDLY more frequent then you ever should. This is actually how you know their system is flawed. This player should never ever see this again on site.

There is lots of posts about getting same hands 2-3-4 times in a row on this site and if you have a computer science/engineering background you know that is from coding not RNG randomness.

People who play online slots get the illusion of spinning reels, when in fact it's what you just said - simple images of spinning reels, but then coded frames that appear with the result. I'm not saying this is what's happening also with poker but it would make sense for them to use evenly distributed coded outcomes than a purely random RNG. The understanding and implications of this should be obvious.

Also, forgot to mention the other strange occurrence from a few days ago. I hit a royal flush of hearts on the river then saw another player hit a royal flush of hearts on the river maybe 90 minutes later on a different table.

The quick way I worked it out was by assuming you are a third party viewer and you don't know any card preflop. The first flop card can be any 1 out of 52. Once it's laid, the second card can be any 1 out of 51. Once it's laid, the third can be any 1 out of 50. Therefore the total number of flops is 52*51*50 = 132,600. Therefore the odds that any flop is laid is 132,599 to 1. I wasn't thinking about AcKdQh effecting the same result as AcQhKd, etc, in my calculation.

First of all, lets work out the total number of possible flop combinations. In other words, we will just be working out the probability of "any random flop".
To work out this probability we simply multiply the probability of 3 individual cards being dealt.

(1/52) * (1/51) * (1/50) = 132,600 possible flops. ..." [in a specific order]

To include the "in any order" aspect, I should have divided by 6 to make 22,100, the number of different possible flops from 52 unknown cards.

Therefore, as the pack has no memory of what came before, the odds that it will be the same as the previous flop is 22,099 to 1.

For ease of following my argument, think of it this way:

Reduce the number of cards from 52 to 4, and the flop from 3 to 1. Call the four cards A, B, C, and D.

We're asking, "Once an A has been dealt, what are the odds of an A being dealt as the next flop?"

The next flop card can be any 1 out of 4. That's 3 to 1 for it to be any one of the A, B, C, or D possibilities.

We had an A on the first deal. It's obvious that it is 3 to 1 that we'll have an A on the second deal. QED.

Now, what you are saying is that it's 1 in 4*4, 1 in 16, 15 to 1, that the next two flops will both be A, (from AA, AB, AC, AD, BA, BB, BC, BD, CA, CB, CC, CD, DA, DB, DC, or DD); and you would be correct.

However, it's not what we were asked, nor what I answered.

I'm referring to thread's ClubWPT Gold site. Governor Lamont signed a bill last month that bans sweepstakes sites and goes into effect on Oct 1st. I'm assuming that is going to shut down ClubWPT Gold for CT, but fingers crossed that they stick around longer.

I never played Global for some reason but read that they left the state last year when then Department of Consumer Protection was going after them with a cease-and-desist order.

The RNG on this site doesn't seem soo random. When your getting a 3way all in nearing the rebuy stage and all 3 hands connect with the flop for the sweat. And it just keeps happening until the rebuy stage is over. I see this constantly in the MTTs.

I have read the terms and conditions and haven't seen anything that says the outcomes are determined beforehand. I'd love it if you could specify the section that says this. They certainly can't determine who is going to win a hand, because that depends upon how the players play.

Is this the exact verbiage they use? That the outcomes of hands are determined before the hand? That's called a cold deck. That means that they can just make sure their house bots can win every tournament. There is no way to track or know who the players are, no hand histories, no player histories or anyway to keep notes on them in-site. Many hands that I've seen on here are just too ridiculous. Where I'm calling the card that player x needs for the cooler and they just appear like magic. Sets getting crushed by runner runner for the epic bad beats. And it's always when both or multiple players are ALL IN preflop when the magical cards start falling.

California bill is making headway towards possibly passing banning sweepstakes sites. Club wpt gold is likely screwed if this passes. California has to be a large part of their player base.

WARNING FOR ANYONE USING CLUB WPT GOLD, they refused to pay my winnings (see below)!!!

I won 8,351.24 SC in a tournament on 6/23/25 and Club WPT Gold is refusing to pay me.

My husband and I both play poker as a hobby. We have separate accounts and sometimes play the same MTTs. In this case, we both played a 110 SC PKO with 413 entrants. We weren’t even at the same table until the final two tables and when we were, we played independently, without any collusion.

We both made the final table. I eventually eliminated him in a very standard hand and went on to win the tournament.

After submitting my W9, I was told my withdrawal was processed. But later, I received a questionnaire implying accusations of multi-accounting, which might I add, are completely false. I responded fully, but days later, I was told my 8,444 SC withdrawal had been declined and the money was not returned to my account.

I'm a stay at home mom, not a high-stakes pro. Club WPT Gold is withholding my legit winnings with no proof of wrongdoing. Meanwhile, they’re bragging on Twitter about paying out $1M to known colluders in the WSOP.

Oh, Also might I add, they paid my husband his winnings for 5th place!

If you’re a recreational player, be warned: they will take your winnings if you win big.
