The thing is, them showing Kassouf so much really limits the amount of hands they show in the rest of the broadcast. The whole show becomes just Kassouf talking. And only sometimes is he actually in an interesting decision spot

Kassouf is a great villain. While he’s slow I’m not sure who couldn’t have been entertained when he bluffed Sturm showed it, and then told him to put that in his GTO pipe and smoke it.
You just know when he’s dealt nine high he’s coming in the pot and trying to win it. Which sort of made Sturm’s call when Kassouf had quad nines bad. GTO Lab didn’t prepare him for a range containing any hand with a nine.
99.9% of the year we can watch normal poker, but I’m not a believer in taking things too seriously and find entertainment in chaos
