Why fold straights on the river and be wrong when you can fold full houses on the river and be wrong.

I've seen a lot of chatter that Afriat is a major jerk, IDK, but I was unimpressed with his play to this point, and a misread hand full house fold just pretty much ended his chances.

What is Afriat doing folding there??

I mean he has 22.million, how does he not call another 3.8 million with a full house there, fine you don't want to raise but fold wtf.

Every year there are bizarre folds deep in the main, but man it's usually by a shorter stack and bigger bet, not a guy who would be fine if he calls and is wrong.

rivered full house bets river for about 2M, rivered flush raises for I guess 3.8M more, boat folds but afrait has a huge stack and can easily afford it, it's not a tournament life situation. (still not good but way more defensible)

Kassouf very clearly never learned in adolescence how to get positive attention from people so he resorts to these 'tactics' to fill that void.

OMG.. Sick of listening to him moaning now.. He's intentionally aggravating them, then persistently complaining about the repercussions. I thought they dealt with him harshly, but he just keeps pushing their limits.

Grinder has quietly lost 10m or so since the QQ hand earlier. Mainly just raising a lot pre and giving up. Not like he folded any winners or anything, but it's a lot of chips to lose.

It's not manageable early on in this tournament but starting on day 6 or 7 they should go to a shot clock with time banks.

Wish they would give more updates on the outer tables. Like some swing around chip counts and actually show them on camera sometimes

Sure, but it’s easy for us to say when we arent risking a 20bb stack on day 7 of the main.
