I want to report ukrainian players Uklonistka, Boben23 and Vovchock for collusion play. They register in satellite tournaments where exactly 3 players are missing and go all-in with any 2 cards in 1st hand. The 2 players who lose leave the tournament and late registration closes. The one who wins then plays with triple stack against other players. Overall they just steal 888 money. For example in this tournament they stealed you over $200:

Please consider running sub-satellites to all the r&a tournaments to ensure they are running and prevent such collusions.

By the way please also consider enabling to re-enter r&a tournaments after losing. I lost many times due to bad connection or just missing the rebuy opportunity and couldn't re-enter later because I "already played this tournament and can't register again".

The mentioned ukrainian cheaters are still active. Played from time to time the whole week long and today already cheated in like 7-8 tournaments. Now they started to rebuy before the first hand to get a 6x stack after all-in.

Boben23 and Vovchok have cheated themself in the today's $109 100k main event. Vovchok has cheated himself in today's $11 15k guaranteed MB. Let's all together wish them good luck.

Two more weeks have passed and I STILL have not received May's rakeback or any correspondence from 888 about this.

I'm trying really hard to remain patient and polite here but seriously, what is going on? It's such poor customer service and I'm so close to moving my entire bankroll to another site.

I've been a regular player for 10+ years on 888 and rake close to $3000-4000 per month for this company and they can't even send me an email or a message to apologise or explain why I'm having to constantly chase down rakeback payments or any other issue on the site (which there are countless).

I'm not having a go at you 888Rep but you have to understand this is really not ok...

I received an email from 888 Operations last night and so thank you for making that happen. However, there was still no rakeback attached and furthermore there still seems to be some kind of mistake here in regards to what they are telling me I'm due. May was a heavy period of activity for me as it was during SCOOP and so I played almost every day on both Pokerstars and 888. I definitely played way more than the 16 tournament they are claiming I played in and I'm a regular player at the NL100 and NL200 Snap tables. So I know that I raked above average that month and therefore should be entitled to the max rakeback.
Please can you ask them to double check this. Really frustrating to have to chase this...

i have two questions:

1.Is the giftdrops promotion still active? I havent had a single gift drop in over two years, the support told me to activate "receive email or text messages" in the control panel, i did exactly that but havent received a single gift drop in months since that.

2. Why cant i join the blast leaderboards? If i click on the "blast leaderboard" button it says "no leaderboards are currently available for you". I used to play them quite frequently but for over two years i get this message when i want to join, the support hasnt replied to my question why i cant join them yet. I m from germany if that is of any relevance.

I've been given $94 rakeback...but I'm expecting the max $1000.
I implore you to re-check this. If what they are claiming I was due is correct then why wasn't I paid this automatically at the beginning of the month as it should just be automated.

There has been a miscalculation here and it's not the first month I have had to chase this rakeback when there has been a mistake on the system.

Please, double, triple, quadruple check. I'm owed more.
