Hi,
I ran into this old problem where you open a table and it blacks out and is nowhere to be found on the screen.
I can hear sounds and see it in my tasks but simply can't play at it.I have tried installing the sw again and basic options but
couldn't get it running. Any help is much appreciated.

What do you mean by "old problem"? Is this something that already happened in the past?
Today i deposited 200 euros in champion skin, my balance was 0.77 euros and the fee for depositing 200 euros through luxon was 4 euros. I got charge twice the amount of the fee, i contacted the support of course but i would like to know if someone else had similar issues
I play on Bet365 and was unable to log into my account yesterday, receiving the error code ll01. I contacted live support and they said my account was under review but wasnt given much info. Ive played on here and other sites for a few years and have never experienced anything like this before.
Has anyone else been through this? How long did it take until you were able to access your account again? Thanks
Under review is a bit broad. Under review what for? Do you perhaps use prohibited software? Did they tell you a specific reason?
Live chat didnt say what for. I have emailed them to find out, but the only software I use is HM2.
I have seen other threads elsewhere where people have experienced the same thing and most were able to access their accounts again after a few days, so hopefully that'll be the case with me.
Quite weird. I play bet365 too and still use HM2 too so that cant be it.
From past experience with bet365 I do know that their customer service is horrendous and especially the live chat employees have absolutely no clue what they are doing.
What is the staus of the Ipoker games right now? I see tons of games going from 0.25/50 all the way up to 10-20. Are these mostly reg battles or are the games still ok?
On the William hill skin I have a couple of step tickets, step 6 is the final step on William hill but I have for example a step 5 ticket that I've had for a week registered constantly the background whilst I play and nobody else has registered, this is going to expire without one starting by the looks through no fault of my own.
William hill will not swop it for other tickets even of lesser value surely they should do. no?

This is an unfortunate graphics driver issue that I face on my new-ish laptop. It's not just iPoker, it impacts WPT global too.
i wish I could tell you how to fix it. I have followed the suggestions and they did not work for me. I am not able to multitable on either site on my laptop.
The suggested fixes involve trying different versions of your video drivers until finding one that works.
On occasion I do get a message saying "you were forced to logged out" and then the software closes on me. After his I am able to quickly restart the software, login and continue as much tables as possible.
Happened 3 or 4 times now, for no apparent reason. I am usually playing 3-7 tables on iPoker which goes smoothly, my pc and drivers are of high quality.
I tried mailing support and live chat but they are absolute useless.
Maybe someone here knows what it could be.
As 3rd party software goes I only have Holdem Manager open so that shouldnt be it.

Agree, I couldn't even login for ages and this change is awful, why not fix things that are a problem? Seems like another 888 in the midst and I get an error when logging out too lol.
Already has contact, they have no plans to reverse it and it wont be possible to use the old preferred layout
I was adviced to play in browser... the customer service of bet365 is truly appalling
Forget the lobby, the color notes are gone?
And all the filters are gone each time you click to the lobby

Hello guys, what skins can ve played from UK? Is Champion available?
There's plenty:
Grosvenor, betfair, paddypower, Sky Poker, Bet365, William Hill and probably a few others I am not aware of
For me it only resets filters on the Premium tables tab(which I mainly use) but works fine on All Cash tables. This is workable.
At least the color notes are back
The filters can't narrow down to a single stake currently and at minimum 2 will always show. This seems like an oversight and surely not some deliberate design decision? It's currently extremely inconvenient to me.

Yes, notes are back is very good to see
It might be nitpicking but the All cash tables lobby shows those useless Stack spinners which I dont need in the way. But its already way better than the disaster right after the update.

The need for showing multiple stakes is not bothering me since I play multiple but I can see why that would annoy people and im confident its an oversight they will fix if you email them about it.
I think a lot of people emailed bet365 about the notes disappearing and they fixed it in 5 days, not great but not terrible.
