This is another one of those spots where it feels like the market is way overheated.

Would be happy to be wrong and have it send up to 150.

Where do you feel it?

In my bones?

The correct answer was plums

let the boy watch.

IM A BITCH even tho I posted back in this thread when bitcoin hit 8k that bitcoin was only gonna go up but not sure about 100k mark, i still was like well if I had to choose I gues I would still choose s&P or voo etf 80% and 20% bitcin rather than other way around.

I thought Tom was pro BTC? When did you ever doubt bitcoin?

This assumes that you'll still be able to sell bitcoins for the same rate then. Gonna be lol when they are worthless.

He's obviously come around since then 😃

Honestly, with all the institutional inflows and companies adopting BTC treasuries, I am a little disappointed it's not going up faster. Like...it feels as though it's just more and more large buyers, and very few big sellers with the potential exception of that recent whale move.

What would be the best way to swap 100k in BTC to usdt nowadays without KYC?

Mint tbtc, swap for usdt on uniswap or other dex. This assumes you have eth for gas. And you'll lose some % in the process.

Funny how a « public utility » like bitcoin get so much praise from libertarian and the private sector .

i think that's all priced in - if it weren't, there wouldn't have been any appeal for it since it's basically kaput as a usuable currency

You are a sucker who believes the market fundamentalist meta narrative. "The market is always right". I mean how many times do you have to be proven wrong to not believe this level of meta narrative bullshit?

For the most part that’s mostly true, otherwise you’d have a bunch of traders making a bunch of money in the market. In reality most people doing that are losing.

I’d love to see someone who has outperformed a buy and hold strategy. Anyone who can has likely become outstandingly wealthy.

Was out for a beer with an old friend today and I mention bitcoin and he says 'yah I'm all set with bitcoin' with that usual tone and I say 'yah well...' and he says "no, I've been mining since 2017' LOLOLOLOLOL what a ****ing legend.

Second person I've met in the wild. We are still early.

my mistake, it must be trading at 69 million right now with it being adopted institutionally which was the original conversation and not the strawman one you invented

Who was that dude on here who sold a couple years ago? He must be kicking himself. I can't remember but didn't he sell at like 20k?

Also I wonder how much Cole South would be worth if he held.
