Yeah i posted that from Dubai and live in Singapore. I agree that Rice would likely want to stay as long as possible and forgo his flights. Those lounges may stay open 24 hour and seem like you can do as you please but they actually have a very solid tracking on everyone and know exactly who is in there and would quickly be questioning anybody who had missed a flight

He's been sun running on Phoenix Link, hitting double and triple Majors etc while playing for the "guaranteed feature"
One play in particular where he teamed up with his backer they hit about 10 features in the meantime all while playing for the free guaranteed feature.
I mean that stuff will happen and it's all factored into the total EV of the play but it doesn't happen regularly, in fact it would be more accurate to say it happens quite rarely.

Yeah good point. I did hear of people who would purchase refundable flights and then cancel them once already in the lounge. I'm not sure if they closed that loophole down but that would be right up Nomad's alley.

i tried explaining to him that i'd lose piles over the long run doing that and that his find wasn't even that good and could still lose money a large chunk of time and i'd find better numbers than that by checking the bank of machines next to him (i actually did lol)

Also, slots is less intuitive than poker where some big poker winners have more or less figured out solid winning strategies just grinding. If you do that in slots it’ll be a butchering, Trooper knows this and seems to be getting a lot of info from KOB and whoever he is spotting for. Slots has definitely forced Trooper to stay out later and seek help because you can’t just go out at noon on a Monday, knowing 4 games and expect to even find plays, let alone win. That’s not really how slots hustling works.

That's the best part of the bums sitting on a play. They can't check other slots. If you buy the play, it frees them up to compete with you in the rest of the casino. Unless it's a virtual guaranteed profit type of play, always better off declining and continue checking other slots.
Also, can't get 86'ed for chopping the play and you can usually still buy the play after you clear the place.
