Ive seen previous experience a resolve with a full cache rebuild however my pokertracker always ends up not responding whenever i try to cache rebuild

You can import hands into a new database using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'. You can import from the original hand history files if you have them and/or export them from the original database:

If you have a number of tournaments with manually entered results then exporting those tournaments will create summary files containing the manual results so they can be imported into a new database. Please note that import speeds can drop over large imports so we recommend splitting large imports into smaller batches.

It's normal for PokerTracker 4 to not respond while a database cache is being rebuilt - it needs to be left alone until the rebuild completes. Also for that to complete successfully you should have at least as much free space on the disk as your database uses and make sure that your computer does not power itself off or go to sleep while it's running or you will need to run it again from the start.

hey Im trying to get a filter for pots +/-10 bbs. thats that I invested more than 10bbs and either won or lost. when Ido this one it doesnt work

For studying ICM spots....I have a bunch of saved hands for review from PT4. Is there a way I can upload these to HRC or ICMIZER? Many hands where I'm looking to review shortstack situations deeper in a tournament. I'm new to PT4, doesn't look like there's anything similar to HRC built-in. So wondering what people are doing for studying equity spots. Thanks!

-1.5 falls within the range specified (minus 20 to plus 20). You need to use separate filters for plus and minus results so you don't see hands between -10 and plus 10. One filter for +20 and greater and one filter for -20 and lower. Also please note that you are filtering for 'My Currency' when you said you wanted to filter for BBs.

with the latest version, my hud will sometimes show hero stats

Can you please provide more specific details. Is your HUD Profile set to show hero stats or not? In other words is the HUD Profile only sometimes showing hero stats the problem or is it the absence of hero stats the rest of the time that's the problem? On what poker site(s) is this? Does it happen on more than one poker site or a specific poker site?

My HUD is set NOT to show hero stats, and the problem I encountered is that sometimes it gets shown. It happens on pokerstars (i dont play on any other sites)

If you are seeing this when you are waiting to be dealt in or are sitting out that that would be occuring because at that point you cannot be identified as a Hero. If this is happening while you are actively playing hands then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue, take a screenshot of your desktop and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot, hand histories and support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review the information and follow up with you:

Try turning off the 'Memory Grabber' option 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars'.

Do HUDs work on Coinpoker?

That would require the use of a third-party hand converter to create the hand histories.

Got the hands importing using the linked program:

1 - Losing hands are showing as winning and vice versa
2- Hands are importing but no hud is popping up

Any idea how i fix these?

1. Are you using an iPoker format? Try a different format such as PokerStars instead.

2. Make sure that where you have set things up in PokerTracker 4 matches the site/format of the converted hands otherwise open a Support Ticket with your support bundle, relevant screenshots and hand histories:

my tournament results just stopped working as of a couple days ago. it's still registering what place i got (under finish in stats) but also counting every one as a loss (under my C net won)

On what poker site is this? iPoker? Is your 'My Currency' result inverted compared to the 'Game Currency result? If that's the case then Go to 'Database -> Currency', select any sessions/tournaments which have an exchange rate of -1 and click the 'Set Rates' button to fetch the correct exchange rates. Note that you can select a range of rows by holding shift and clicking the start/end and you can also select multiple ones individually by holding CTRL and selecting.

This occurs when the timezone is configured incorrectly for iPoker as their hand histories do not specify what timezone is being used so you should set the time in the iPoker lobby to server time and not your local time. Then in PokerTracker 4 go to 'Configure > Sites & Import Options > iPoker' and select the skin you play at, or if it isn't listed one which uses the same server timezone as your skin. That should mean that the hands import as the correct time, and that should avoid problems with retrieving the exchange rates for future sessions.

Is there a plan to support CoinPoker import hands without converter? Like DriveHud2 as example.

You can manually import hands emailed from CoinPoker into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'. CoinPoker do not currently provide local hand histories so that will require a converter whether that is third-party or integrated. If you want to know if support for that is added to PokerTracker 4 in a future update you can let us know via a Support Ticket.

Is the internet connection required after i verify the registration code?
does it do daily/weekly internet connections or can i use it fully offline?

You can use PokerTracker 4 offline however it requires connection to our registration server once every 14 days to refresh your license.
