Must have been getting the Global treatment. 2 SC is pretty funny and should take care of most of those who are mailing in 50+ requests per day.

A few years ago there were largescale writing groups who profited perhaps hundreds of thousands before GP banned many of them, then subsequently made it much more difficult to acquire sweeps coins by mail. To their credit, if you will, it has stayed at 5 SC per envelope.

I have been playing on WPT Gold since Day 1. I've cashed out around $20K since start without issue. Recently I went to cash out and my withdrawal method was gone. No big deal, has happened before and I just add it back. Keep in mind, I've used this method to deposit and withdrawal many times without issue.

Nothing works and I try every different combo imaginable between different browsers, desktop, mobile, different cards, bank accounts etc. Nothing works.

I proceed to win about $15Kish the next week and I emailed support in the mean time about my issue. A few days later, I finally get an inchorrent reply, followed the next day by a coherent reply and someone trying to help.

I go back and forth with support and try all the different things they tell me and the last email I get is that there is nothing they can do right now and they are trying to figure it out with their payment processor. So here I am, able to deposit on the site with the same account I want to withdrawal to and no way to withdrawal and no time frame or solution even suggested. When I had a similar issue depositing it took all of 5 minutes to reply to my email. I've now been dealing with them about this for over 2 weeks.

Until this point I've had 0 issues of note just basic new site hiccups. This is beyond unacceptable.

This post is disturbing. I know in my state Louisiana the AG said they would target anyone helping sweepstake sites. That meant payment processors, geo location providers, software providers, or anything that applied to site functions. I'm not saying this is what is causing your issue but I wouldn't be surprised if banks and payment processors start blocking sweeps deposits and withdrawals because they deem it illegal

I don't think it's that, I just think there is some sort of glitch and they're too incompetent at programming to fix it. I'm trying my best to assume they are dumb instead of malicious as all of my prevous interactions thus far have been good. Either way, it shouldn't be a thing lol

No, I can't even add a card or bank for withdrawal. The ones I would use are still saved as a deposit option and work fine. They literally told me in an email they have no idea what's going on or how long it will take to fix. I've made I think 7 withdrawals total so far without much of an issue.

They are a scam. Declined my redemption request and banned my account. All my money is gone. Emailed with no response. If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.

Best to be honest about what actions you took to have your account banned. Not saying you’re in the wrong but putting everything on the table leads to a quicker resolution in these cases.

You didn’t post the email. You gave no information about the situation other than denied cashout and banned. Historically vague posts like that it comes out the player was up to no good.

Finally after the update today my cash out options are back and available!

Playing poker and requested a withdrawal? Instead of processing it, they banned my account and effectively stole my entire balance of around 10k. I think you should ask wpt gold to be honest about what really justified declining my withdrawal and banning me, and provide actual evidence to back their claim. So far, there’s nothing but silence, which speaks for itself
