NCAA Football 2025
Not sure who will win this year, hopefully Arch goes nuts and UT can kick the door in after making the quarterfinals the last two years.
One thing Texas is #1 in. Classy ladies caught on camera at the game.

Alabama girls just go wow

Arizona girls don't like their picture taken

But ISU girls know what's up

And Tech Girls are all right in my book, probably applied to Texas but had to settle for Tech

The mouth covering at the end always gets me. Not sure if burp or realizes she got caught on camera saying **** that.
Who you got this year?
I think we'll learn a lot the first week when Texas plays Ohio State. Texas played the defending national champion last year and beat them in their house, can they do it again?
Georgia should be good but has a big question mark at QB. Can Bama get back? Is Clempson going to Clempson or do good? Penn state going to finally kick the B10 door down. Meatchicken going to bounce back? Is Oregon going to do anything?
Supposedly the Gators are going to be good this year and could make the CFP, but I'll believe it when I see it.
One thing I am more confident in is Arch being the real deal. I've been waiting for this I started following his progress in high school, and I think he's going to put up some big numbers this year.
If Penn State is ever going to win the B1G, this has to be the year. Loaded, Allar back, cupcake nonconference schedule, Ohio State and Oregon reloading, don't play Michigan or USC.
Still expect Franklin failure in some kind of spectacular fashion tho.
Expecting a weird season; this year teams didn’t even wait for a new coach to completely overhaul their roster and many P4 seem to be relying on “star Sunbelt” xfers to work out. Relatedly, there are like 0 star players returning in the Sunbelt, except the Marshall guys at Southern Miss. About the same for CUSA.
My best guess on such players working out would be the two FIU receivers at Georgia Tech. That conference is weak enough that could really shake things up.

Go Gata
They have to go through the gauntlet. Their schedule is one of the hardest in the nation, IIRC.
However, Billy Napier is doing what UF hasn't done well in the last decade, and that is recruiting.

Yeah I think this year feels more wide open than a lot of years, and last year was pretty wide open.
Transfer portal and NIL has limited the ability of the top teams to stockpile talent on the 2 and 3 deep like they used to.
So many of the teams with talented rosters are rolling with some version of a new quarterback, be it a young guy, transfer, or someone like a DJ Lagway or Nussmeier that showed some promise but needs to take a big step forward.
Prediction: Ohio State is losing at least 3 games this year and missing the playoffs. They lost too many players, their projected starting QB is a white midget who isn't lighting it up in practice, and their schedule is tougher than last year. They're not beating Texas. They're not beating Penn State. And I think at this point everyone will agree with me they're drawing stone cold dead @Michigan.
National Champion: Michigan.
Michigan has the best defense in the country and the best QB in the country (nobody knows this yet but they will after week 2). That combo will be enough to get the job done and win it all.

You really need to lay off the 190 proof blue Kool Aid.
Underwood has an immense ceiling but he isn't going to be close to the best QB in the country as a baby true freshman.
The defense will be very good, but they're going to miss Graham, Grant and Johnson.
Just need to be good enough to get to the playoff.

Underwood is not just an athletic freak. Dude is a savant. His mental approach to the game is NFL ready right now. He's not a normal true freshman.

DL is ten deep and we have the best LB combo in the country. Secondary is fine. Rod Moore is coming back. Making the playoffs is a given becuz the schedule is not that hard. 10-2 is the floor for this team and that gets us in.
I'm sure I may sound crazy right now just like everyone thought I was crazy/too pessimistic last year when I kept saying we're going 7-5/8-4. This team is different. This is the first time in my life we have the unequivocally best QB in the country and I'm gonna savor every moment. Most people have no clue what's coming, but they'll know by Week 2. When the college football world watches an underdog Michigan team kick Oklahoma's ass on their home field then they will know what I already know. Michigan is BACK!!!

fair to say this thread has condensed participant numbers
but the alignment of prideful fandoms might just spark a remarkably entertaining powder keg of weekly football conversation
Chuckles I hate to say it but you might win 3 games this year

I thought last year was the year.
I don't get the hype. They lost their 2 best players by far in this year's draft. They better get a lead every game, because if they have to throw the ball they're in big trouble. They're not beating tOSU, and it's a good bet Franklin gets outcoached against Iowa or IU and blows one of the games.
On the plus side they have LaVar Arrington II and Donte Nastasi, which conjures up memories of those 90's teams.
I've gone from Stoops should get a statue, to...
To get a statue, you should leave the program in a significantly better place than when you arrived. That was the case for a while under Stoops...
Make a bowl game this season we can talk about a statue again. Else, the program is still in a better place than we were under Joker Phillips, but it isn't significantly better, and time for a change.
Unequivocally the best QB in the nation? LMAO
