K woke up drunk, ate the buffet, and been sleeping last 4-5 hours.

D lost some at poker and I think G won some.
They are drinking and playing crapsless now. Not sure i want to degen either... maybe some more cash games later and call it somewhat early to be ready for the tourney.

G turned 50 into 200. D turned his 50 into 500!!! Got up to playing 500 BJ hands at the Grand.

We can get 75 more matchplay at midnight.

Well ****, match play was no good.

50/50 roulette lost at circa and the D on the first roll. Won 100/100 on first roll at the Golden Gate... went all in with 300 and lost.

Went to Peppermill for late dinner. Definitely average at best, but apparently people love it. Cool little retro vibe from there and the lounge connected.

BR at $4,876. "UP" $120ish... but some things paid on credit card. Probably spent 200-300 there, so maybe $200 so far for the trip. Great 2 days.

Venetian 11am $300 2 day tourney tomorrow. Should get 7 hours of sleep and fresh to hunt that trophy down.

Not drinking today was a great decision.

Sounds like D is about even on the trip now and G is down around a grand.

Love the turn-sizing in hand 1! Perfect for promoting fold-equity with Q high, but also building up the pot in case we hit.

And live poker is not dead in hand 2, where the guy just jams for $300 into $85 to 'protect' his hand 😆 He would have lost his stack regardless, but he's most likely just playing it that way because he is deadly scared of an Ace King or similar hitting better 2p.

Celebratory cigar i bought for last night to celebrate tripling up our matchplay. Lol!

Guess it will have to wait for tournament winning celebration. Haha

$33 at a kiosk downtown. This purchase would have made a lot more sense if I was drinking. Haha, so not sure what I was thinking.

Only had 1 cigar ever in my life, maybe 10 years ago in Vegas also.

Flop ddQ... checks to me, i bet 2200. First fold, second call.

Turn K... checks i bet 5500 and get a fold.

Shrimp Fettuccine in the poker room. Pretty good actually. Like a $6 service charge, that kind of annoyed me.

$33+6+tax... about $50 with tip. Yikes.

First break... maybe the first time I didn't count my chips... gotta be still around 35k.

Last hand before break. 2/3/300 Button raises to 700, sb makes it 2200, I have 88 in bb... fold but would have been the 3 bet if she didnt. Flop 678 with 2 hearts. Decent action. Turn 2, sb keeps firing, button folds. We talk in the hall, she had 99. Would been a fun hand.

I make it 2500. Limper goes to 9k... he did this before with AQ.

I call... flop AK9cc... he bets 3, I go to 9k. He goes to 14k... now that I think about this, probably not a legal bet. I shove for 14.5k more and he tank folds and shows an ace.

2 hands later AK again, make it 1500 with 3 callers. Flop 2 hearts, checked around... turn Ah, donks to me for 1500, I call. All fold. Leads 3k on blank, I call, he showed 36. Scoop!

Correct, not legal. V should've went to 15k. Hopefully an amount that won't matter, as you get all the chips in the end anyway.

G tried the double board bomb pot $3 game, but couldn't hang. Lol! He said it was way too much after 10 minutes. Ha!

Maybe the guy went to 4k... and I messed up that hand history. Idk, but was so sure he was calling the next 14k. Lol.
