Funny how he's talked about if he ever could make "that theoretical $50/hr at 2-5" he would grind out 2000 hours a year and make $100k/year and retire in a few years. Now he can deal for $30+/hr and basically 3x to 4x his 1-3 NL hourly but he doesn't want to only deal 1-2 days even though dealing just two days would outpace what he could make at 1-3 NL for a week with no risk or downside.

He could work 2 days and have 5 days off or grind 1-3 NL all week for the same income. Could easily travel over those 5 days. I mean I can understand if you are going to have a home base, it would make more sense to have a full time job but from strictly a monetary standpoint which is a big thing for Diesel to retire soon, he should deal as much as possible and play on his days off.
