The problem is the lease. He probably has month to month in the room.

A casino room is significantly more money. He spent $3200 in June.

Holy cow. I thought he was cheap. I guess he chose convenience (laziness) over money.

by WPNdonk m

Knish played limit though and 1 big bet per hour is a solid rate in limit, probably equivalent to 8 big blinds per hour in NL. So $24 per hour at 1/3 or $40 at 2/5

Ja, a bottom-tier limit pro is playing 20/40.

Based on today's video, I would say Rice has about a $500-$600 a month room. It's small but it has a TV. Not a lot of space.

Also, how does he get 9 pages worth of info for his monthly newsletter

He says everything at least 3 times, like in his vlogs?

Being 40ish and sharing a bathroom with someone other than a significant other (wife/partner/gf/etc.) is pretty rough.

Not as rough as it is for his roommates.

A hundred a day on average? He could prob stay in a Holiday Inn for less than that because they don't jam the weekend prices as much as the casinos. Plus, summer prices are usually somewhat cheaper than the the usual times.

Been saying Vibes is a clown for a long time. His brother is good but a bit overrated too especially in cash.

Shocking that someone thinks they could make money from mid live donkaments. Waste of time.

Honestly Vibes was on the right track playing cash games making $50+/hr and vlogging. People getting the donkament itch is rarely a good thing.

Watched the Vibes video. Love the shameless plug with the wife's real estate ad. Guess if I was being supported by my wife for 7 years I'd do that as well. Sounds like she is pregnant and told him it's time to stop playing tournaments now that the boy is coming.

Almost 20 minutes of woe is me feel sorry for me.

Next.

True luxury is separate bathrooms for the significant other (wife/partner/gf/ect.) and not having to deal with the strewn wide array of make-up, lotions, creams and beauty gadgets across all surfaces and 29 soaps and shampoos, sponges, puffs and the like in the shower.

Trust me, no matter how loving of a couple you are, separate bathrooms is refreshing freedom.

Vibes' voice is weird.

In his first video he said he was in the top 90 or 95% of tournament players but to make it you have to be 99% and he wasn't willing to put in the work to make it there. Dude is a clown top 95% lol. Maybe top 50%

Crazy you think 50% of tournament players are winners even over
the sample size he gave.

I'm saying he's not a winner.

I'm saying he's not a winner.

OK fair enough. Lots of players do lie about their +/- results.

ELD again shows his legal knowledge with respect to the homeless executive order.

By trimming his beard, ELD negates reasonable suspicion and/or probable cause that ELD is a Nomad and thus there is no legal basis for detaining a Nomad providing the Nomad is neatly groomed and has an upcoming hotel reservation and/or month to month room rental.

So Diesel is just an overweight guy in his mid 30s that rents a room in a house with roommates and has a part time job?

So Diesel is just an overweight guy in his mid 30s that rents a room in a house with roommates and has a part time job?

What on earth moved him to start documenting his life on YouTube? What made him think that anyone would be the least bit interested in his mundane existence? And how does he have 7k subscribers? What makes him so interesting as opposed to someone like Pman who still hasn't cracked 1000 subscribers?

ELD putting daily videos regardless of how boring they might be probably has a lot to do with it. The sheer volume of rubbish that he posts on a daily basis means that eventually it will attract some regular viewers. Pman posts equally boring content but only posts about once a month due to laziness and thats probably the main reason he still only has about 600 subscribers after all this time.

Daily videos is biggest reason for sure, and ELD is kinda quirky which might appeal to some.

I get your point, even though i would say he is a nasty repulsive pig rather than kinda quirky-but okay.

Plus Rice has a vlog.

The theory is ELD, as the number one Trooper fan, ELD was drawn to and followed the Trooper's path of becoming a poker vlogger, after ELD became disillusioned by the law school rubric.

Moreover, ELD became Nomadic since his landlord after law school failed to return his security deposit and follow the security deposit accounting rules. ELD subsequently vowed never to rent anything with a security deposit or which required utility payments ever again. It should be noted that ELD's new room has no security deposit and no utilities payments required plus free internet.

ELD's best videos are ones with situational drama. The Nomadic challenges of finding a hotel room several times a week and switching rooms and earning tier points in order to keep status for waived resort fees, etc. Finding free food and water on the strip and/or homeless challenges over F1 weekend due to high room rates requiring a Nomad to live in parking garages.

Ryan DePaulo’s WSOP vlog returned today. He follows Trooper’s lead into AP slots and seemingly doesn’t play a single machine that is actually in a +EV state. Still infinitely more entertaining than the Trooper slot vlogs though.

A 12 hour ASMR vlog with raindrops falling and lightning is more entertaining than a Trooper vlog.

One of the reasons pman is failing at poker since he likes the thrill of donkaments. On the other hand he fails at cash games too.

One of the reasons pman is failing at poker since he likes the thrill of donkaments. On the other hand he fails at cash games too.

Another reason as mentioned from other posters is that he is extremely lazy.

Everytime things get difficult he runs back to his cave to smoke weed and play videogames for days at a time, probably even weeks.

Back in time, when I was a child/young man, El Diesel's living arrangement would be called being in a "flop house".

Flop Houses were for recovering addicts, mentally ill, recently released criminals, and the very poor. It was back then, it is that way today. Just a different name.

As far as El Diesel being a "Knish"? El Diesel got somewhat confused on the poker rubric! He heard the goal is to make 1 BB per hour...and he interpreted it as being, 1 BIG BLIND per hour! Thus, El Diesel is simply CRUSHING IT! In the 1/2 and 1/3 games that he plays, he is making WELL above that! Heck, he is making well above $4/hour playing poker. So El Diesel is WAY better than Knish!

Flophouse would have 3 or 4 in his room alone. This is considered nomadic glamping. If other nomads found out where he is living,he would be shunned by the community.
