Okay so you used to use Skrill. Then you used Neteller. So you haven't used Skrill in a long time then as a deposit or withdrawal option until recently where you made a small Skrill deposit so that way you would possibly have Skrill show up as a withdrawal option right? Thus, the Skrill withdrawal option didn't show up even after making the small deposit.

So your last few deposit and withdraws was with Neteller before making this recent small Skrill deposit right? I assume you made a few deposit and withdraws with Neteller before it was impossible to use Neteller to withdraw? Or did you never made a successful neteller withdraw ever? You did make successful neteller deposits before right? I know you say you can't deposit with neteller now with the reason you mentioned.

Are there many players that do not have these issues with Skrill or Neteller? The thing is there are still a good amount of players when I check the 888 client so why are certain players having these issues? I don't understand why it allows you to deposit with Skrill and Neteller but doesn't allow you to withdraw and only gives you the option of wire transfer for withdraw. If Skrill or Neteller account or both are blocked, why would it allow you to deposit with it? Has anyone here had support manually turned on their Skrill or Neteller withdraw option back after you told them... yes I made a small deposit with Skrill or Neteller or both but it didn't allow that withdraw option to show up? I was told if I made a small deposit with neteller, it would then have Neteller withdrawal option show up again which it didn't.

Same problem with Skrill and Neteller (there are simply no other methods). After the account verification everything stopped working. They don’t process cashouts, they only offer withdrawals to a bank account. But my bank doesn’t work with gambling and doesn’t accept poker withdrawals. Hello 888Rep. I tried to withdraw some money from my account once again and received a message that my account was temporarily blocked. I have never violated anything, I have never received temporary blocks.

I immediately sent the requested documents and a few days later I found that the "your documents are being checked" label simply disappeared and I was not notified about it. The documents are definitely fine, I see no reason to reject them.

Please check again, I took another photos of documents again and sent them. Please help with this problem, because I want to start playing as soon as possible.

Thanks for this @888Rep , not long after you posted this they reviewed my documents and my account was unblocked.

Now I have the same problem as some of the other players, my Skrill withdraw option disappeared. I only used Skrill since forever, always deposited from and withdrew to the same account. I saw some advices here to try and deposit small amount, did that but still don't have the option back. I've been playing on 888 for the last four years. I play a lot. I started playing poker itself back in 2008. I have a huge amount of experience in the game. Before 888, I played on PartyPoker until they stopped operating in my country.
On PartyPoker, I managed to win the WPT Pro Hunt Event tournament and a $5300 ticket to the WPT Main Event, where I played against the most famous poker players in the world. I didn't make it into the prizes in the tournament—I busted out practically on the bubble.

So why am I writing all this here?

Since the beginning of this year, I haven't been able to win much money on 888. Sometimes the game just doesn't go your way. After they canceled some tournaments and satellites, I had to change my tournament selection strategy. I tried different strategies.

In the last couple of months, I've started climbing up little by little. I think I've found the golden mean. And last Saturday, I won a $22 Mystery Bounty tournament (qualified through two satellites). About $1800. And I immediately put that money up for withdrawal.

Then I found out that the money was returned to my account, and my account was temporarily blocked on 25.08.2025. A day later, I received an email saying I was blocked because I used AI.

I want to hear your thoughts. On 888, I play with an ABI of $1. I play at micro limits. I usually start playing 10-cent satellites from 8 in the morning on some days from my phone while I'm at my main job. After work, I switch to the computer (usually while heading home from work, I can still play some tournaments I haven't busted out of), and the number of tournaments, including satellites, can reach up to 20 tables. And that's pretty much every day. I play satellites
up to 1 dollar and tournaments for 1 dollar.

Even if I had some super program that showed me what to do in certain situations, would it make sense to use it on an ABI of 1 dollar, with 20 tables where people play haphazardly and with whoever? It all makes no sense.

I want you to help me sort out this situation faster—what to do next. Whether to re-verify the account, or explain how I play, my playing strategy—I just don't know. You can connect to me remotely and watch how I play.

I love playing poker. I love constantly learning and playing poker over and over again. I don't want to play on PS or GG. Yes, the fields are sweeter there. But I want to keep playing on 888. It's a great room for micro-limit players like me. I love 888.

I contacted support through Reddit. So far, everything is pending. Just if you can, speed up this process so I know where I stand.

My account was disabled only because I said I wanted my withdrawal to be processed quickly because I wanted the money to travel and according to the attendant this is the gambler's responsibility and that's why he would block my account, even though I explained to him that I only said this because I wanted him to try to speed up my withdrawal. The end result is that I haven't received the withdrawal and the account remains blocked. I really wonder if 888poker takes this seriously because it seems like I was robbed and so far no one has sent me a message about anything, everything has just been blocked and I haven't received anything! And now they've asked me to create an account with Luxon to receive my withdrawal, even though I've never used this method for deposits, I've always done it through Pix. I wanted them to send the Pix to my old key, but they don't respond and don't do anything. I simply feel like I've been robbed!

On August 18, I withdrew $500, after which they blocked my access to the application and asked for documents.
