Game was a bit **** but OSU just made a few more big plays. Not really much else to say.

Yeah, but that's only a problem if he was falling out of bounds. As long as the ball didn't touch the ground and help him maintain the ball, it doesn't matter if the ball moves while he's rolling inbounds.
I'll take your word for it. I assumed if the ball touched the ground and you lost control it was incomplete.
