Hello @888rep my nickname is axisss555. Once a month I have a problem that after winning big pot the money is not credited to my account. I contacted support via livechat, where I was told that they would look into the problem and would contact me. It's been over a month but no one has contacted me. Could you please help me to return funds to my account?
I want to contact you about two specific situations
1) 93.03 USD was not credited to my account. time 30-07-2025 23:30 table Gladbeck
2) 116.5 USD was not credited to my account. time 01-09-2025 12:39 table Sudbury
Details and proofs:

1) I had played hand at the NL200 table named Gladbeck and won 93.03 USD but my account balance didn't changed.The hand wasn't saved at H2N and 888replayer, Funds at poker table were increased from $249.65 to $342.68. I have 2 hands between this hand and you can see that the balance at the table changed but at the account didn't.
Attached 2 hands which I played between "lost hand". It was 3bet pot against Sam_G01d, I had AQo at the river board was smth like AK6A8 i played check raise flop bet 1/3 turn and push 55bb at the river,

I'm from Argentina, I sent my proof of address 4 days ago and I'm still waiting for verification.
I make deposits by transferring money from my bank account. Which takes a few seconds. Why does it take weeks when I want to withdraw money the same way? Seconds vs. weeks. Is that fair? I withdrew money on August 16, over two weeks ago! How long will it take for the money to be in my bank account in a European country (Latvia)?

I think the problem is in the error with the bank account number. I withdrew money 6 times and all 6 times the withdrawal information was:
Bank Name: Swedbank AS
Account Number: 00xxxxxxxx254
but for the last time the withdrawal information was:
Bank name: Swedbank AS
Account number: 00xxxxxxxx254#
As you can see, there is an extra symbol at the end of the account number.

Why doesn't anyone talk about the dishonesty of this 888 poker site that doesn't pay the people who win on the site, they simply lock their accounts and don't let them make a withdrawal?
