Played the 8:30 A.M. 3 max hyperturbo MTT this morning and had a weird glitch. I was at a three handed table and got moved to a 2 handed table. I was put in the small blind/button but I didn't have any cards so I made the GTO move of folding. I just got around to getting the HH and I'm pretty sure this was the hand. It was right when I was moved to this table and seeing I'm not open folding A5o HU when 10BB deep I'm fairly certain this is it. (The file shows I was dealt a hand but my client didn't display it....)

I'm not fishing for a refund or anything seeing I won the tournament and for all I know I avoided a cooler....Could be an odd bug w/ the client as it is odd to be moved to an open table and dealt in on the button first hand.

Hey when do players receive their weekly leaderboard bonus? I ask chat support and they told me to email support. I email support and no answer. Beside that software works great.

It just shows up in your account a few days after the leaderboard for the week is done. I think you technically have to pay like 1 cent in rake to unlock it or something, but it's usually in there by the middle of the following week.

Monday was a holiday, so the VERIFIED process wasn't until today according to their X feed.

As you know, BetRiversJesse posted in this thread in November 2024, but he doesn't have appeared to have signed on since.

So I just got mine, they treat it as a bonus. Under the terms of the leader board:
ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING
Poker Bonus earned through this promotion will be subject to release conditions. For every $0.01 in rake, $2 of Poker Bonus will be cleared and added to your account balance for you to place wagers with or withdrawal.

Still nothing place second last two weeks. I got the two auto email about my bonus are in yet I look everywhere and nothing. Live chat support not helpful and email no reply. Wtf is going.

I've been paid every single week.

It's sort of hidden. Check in your transactions and look for bonus money being released to your account.

How are withdrawal times on BetRivers for you guys? Also does anyone know what measures are put in place to make sure BetRivers is safe?

Once you reach level 7 withdraw is instant. Done Sunday night and get it next morning in my bank. Don't think there any bot or ROW playing since no one going to give out SS numbers/ID and also getting caught on a legit state sponsor site seem like jail possibility. Why risk that. I like everything about the site so far except trying to figure out where to look for my leaderboard bonus.

What's optimal will depend on what VIP level you are. The VIP level that I'm at, I use my points ASAP in case of point-flation.

havent found a clear answer for this in thread or from support chat but is there some sort of rake back system at betrivers like they have on betmgm or pstars?

i periodically receive "bonus money" and "bonus store points" but it seems the only way to redeem these are through casino and sports betting which isnt great.

any clarification appreciated!
