If the program crashes good luck getting back in on time to beat the disconnect timer with the new web browser login step; makes it completely impossible.

Of course they don’t care. 95%+ of their profit comes from casino and sportsbook β€” poker’s just bait to get people on the site. Why would they spend money chasing colluders and bots when it’d cost more than poker brings in?And even if they did care, it’s not a one-time fix β€” it’s constant work. You need full-time staff, tech, and long-term tracking. They will never invest this

They dont need to spend money chasing colluding "bots" because they are considered IN HOUSE bots, the site is doing it themselves.

ive called in and reported it everyday for 30 days, Bovada freaks out and hangs up on me every time.

anyone getting this when trying to log in through the poker client? it wants me to log in through browser?

It's a new measure, it's been discussed in previous posts

what kind of "measure"? I guess I don't understand what it's trying to prevent, or what makes it beneficial to add this layer in order to login?

If it’s in-house collusion like you say, then there’s absolutely nothing we can do then. LMAO

They are going to a web browser; only then would it be nice to have each table open in a separate window (similar to Global Poker's Pro Mode).

an auto table reshuffle of all players after reg closes would be simple and put everything back on track.

it looks like they made the min cashes like 1.7x-2x the buy in now. and first place has fallen off because of it.
and in the recent past they raising antes on most events
and in last 2 years they started paying 20% of fields.

ironically all of these things HELP/make more beneficial the late reg team that max time banks and is sat at same table.

it makes sense for it to be inside job to help prop up guarantees and avoid overlay etc.
but i cant see a bovada employee sitting there and like passing chips around to the short stack on the bubble and card sharing. but who knows.

cus bonition has a history of being super tough with accounts and security like husband/wife having accounts from same IP, or verifying accounts and freezing them for like weeks while the client sends in docs etc. or players abusing the promos
So with such a rigid stance on that stuff how could they just turn a blind eye to this blantant cheating/colusion. Theres 100s of spots where these guys fold to a 5% pot size all in on river vs their buddy while holding super nuts. just to keep everyone alive and the party going

install this extension on your browser and generate an ethereum address. Choose ETHEREUM when you withdrawl from bovada/ignition.Once you have the ETH in your metamask wallet you will want to send it to an exchange:www.kraken.comwww.coinbase.comwww.gemini.comjust setup accounts with all of these exchanges and connect them to your bank acct. DO NOT SEND CRYPT

Thanks! I'm starting to read a book on crypto, so this will make more sense.

I remember when ACR bots started malfunctioning and people were exploiting them. Instead of banning the bots, ACR started grilling the guys who exploited them lol. "why were you playing so differently, why were you playing so long?, why did you keep jamming, etc". I remember reading a thread about companies that sell bots to poker rooms. Makes sense that there are house bots. Live poker rooms have house players to keep the action going.

Okay, so looks like we're done with the "app" on our computers, along with pokertracker and live stats on players?

Yeah, at this point it really doesnt matter if its inhouse bot or whatever. If can not beat them, just cashout find a better site.

No, you log in via browser but then click a button and go back to poker client.

What button do you press?

What button do you press?

After logging in on browser, I get a pop up saying something like 'click here to go back to client'. Will get a screenshot (if I remember) when I play later today.

Yeah when I get the browser login prompt, it opens up my browser, then sends me back to the client, logged in.

Works, but still annoying af.

It's not preventing the bots from logging in.

my guess is, getting you on the browser for Cookies or whatever scam theyre doing in the background. its not bot reduction LOL the "bots" have been cheating and colluding so long, its been determined theyre IN HOUSE cheaters.

a real casino kicks the cheaters out right away, this has gone on months!

They are making you click on a button to go to the web browser version. Your brain is getting use to it as something you have to do. But instead of cold turkey, it is baby steps still allowing you to get to the pc version. But one day the rug will be fully pulled out from under you and it will be exclusively web browser.

the web version doesnt allow you to watch the in house colluding cheating tables the house creates with all the max late reggers

some tournys are worse than others when it comes to the late reg tankers coluders. the 109 freezeout at night is terrible for us I would advise not to play it. it pays like 23 and when reg closes and they get in theres like 40 left, they very easily hold down the whole table until the bubble. then once ITM and deeper theyll use cardsharing/position to get lighter shoves in, or iso eachother when one is forced all in to allow him a higher chance to get a double up. on friday I followd them all the way down i finished 4th and they actually went 1st and 2nd.
the next worse event would be the 162 monster. which ironically hasnt been running last few days of last week and tonight monday it didnt go. Maybe the OGs who reg these tournys first to get them going just aint fuckin with this BS anymore. smaller fields are better for the coluding late reg team. stay vigilant out there. GL

I don't know if I believe the tournament tanking is a crew. The crazy 8's, the nightly 35k and even the 200k on Sunday all have really shallow gameplay around the bubble and ITM. I think the bad structure is just encouraging desperate laddering thru tanking because everyone has 9bb and the software is slow.

If the tanking is a crew of 40 players they still have to split their ROI 40 ways. It seems unlikely to be worth the time invested to organize and grind. There's also a risk of being caught which could mean 40 accounts with all funds seized. Then there's the actual profit split 40 ways.

And with the spread of scattered low-mid stakes tourneys running on Ignition at any given time...it just doesn't seem that lucrative to organize and execute this.

Just spitballing here.

what happen is lots of other ppl are late regging now on top of them. so they get mixed in there. lots of those players are just late regging and taking their shoves. but the colluding group is all at the same table as they get a fresh table. so they can work together. its not just tanking, they are coluding and keeping eachother alive. their roi is insane watch this 109 freezeout one night. the final 16-17 accounts that reg. they get their own 2 tables. u can watch it play out urself..id imagine they put in 1700 in buy ins in that one and cash for at least 4k+ total. killer roi. and they dont have to "split" shit, its one person behind t all
