You can renew it anytime.
If you plan to use the card catcher again but your license isn't a combo, I suggest getting a new license though, its cheaper now with the price down 😀

how does it track anonymous tables/games? does it track the games like Ignition card catcher?

It assigns random ID's to players and then tracks in session data for anonymous tables.

The pt4 message doesn't really matter. The easiest thing to do is close PT4, install the catcher and re-install and select PT4 as your database to re-setup everything again. If you're still stuck, you can send a log by click on settings in the catcher, click create log, and send the .zip file to support to check.

Hey FD, just want to ask, me and friend play on different chico poker sites. If I import the hands, will it merge with the player data i already have? eg. player A hands in my database will merge with player A hands from my friends HH.
We both use betonline card catcher.

BOL card catcher use the same format for all chico network, if you and your friend are using the same database, the data should merge.
