I never claimed only people who were sending in envelopes were being slow to be cashed out. But regardless it shouldn't matter, WPT gold is being weird with withdraws and that should worry everyone.

These practices are misleading and harmful. Players are promised fair, no-cost participation, but in reality they are shut out of free options, pressured to pay, and denied meaningful legal protections.

Other states have already taken action. **California and New York have banned sweepstakes-style casinos outright**, and similar crackdowns are spreading. These companies are beginning to falter under scrutiny because their business model relies on avoiding regulation while exploiting consumers.

At the same time, several states are drafting regulated online gambling laws with licensing fees and oversight. This approach creates accountability, safeguards players, and generates revenue for the public — rather than allowing unregulated operators to profit unchecked.

I urge you to review this issue and consider whether stronger oversight or a regulated framework would better protect consumers in our state.

Hello! Could you please tell me how you managed to speed up the redemptions? I'm from Florida also and was told they can’t help me with faster withdrawals.

These companies just need to be called out a little and they’ll act faster.

Also in Florida and they did the same thing for me when I needed to cash out $20K. I got it all within a week $5K at a time. It seems they are scrutinizing the leaches sending in envelopes and trying to cash out the easiest and fastest way possible and I am all for it. Those types provide nothing to the site and jut suck money out.

If you have a lot of money on the site they will help you from time to time, not always. If you just randomly bink $10K and only had $100 in your account and don't play much they probably are going to tell you to wait. I've had them help me and not help me. I am also one of the highest volume players on the site.

Blocked from playing in california as of today. Not sure if it’s just their terrible geolocation or if cali is actually being removed from the pool. Looks like they will be shut down before we can multi table

Why is it so hard for you morons to understand if they do not offer this and allow people to do it as much as they want then they CAN NOT OPERATE IN THE UNITED STATES without facing criminal charges that will certainly carry RICO charges and potentially 20 year to life time sentences.

You should understand you are talking about a corrupt system. A system that stops us from simply playing a card game, with our own money because it doesn’t benefit the right people in power. A company uses a loophole that allows us that freedom but now we have little entitled letter writers threatening to try and get the site shutdown. Id say they are the morons you speak of.

I fully support your cause. This scam site takes outrageous rakes, and on top of that, they don’t pay legitimate writers but instead pocket everything themselves. They’re not going to get away with it.

With a full time job, family and other obligations writing a hand written note with postage through snail mail, to receive what 5-10$ every request, and then those withdraws funds take longer to get?
