I hope Dart does well, but let's be real, Miami is the only 0-3 team with an actual chance (and it's very slim).

I might have to stick a fork in them if they lose to the Jets on MNF.

Lions would be the team in Tecmo that nobody's allowed to pick.

The Lions have that Aikman, Irvin, Smith vibe, that greatest show on earth vibe, with a dash of Bo Jackson.

If they lose to geriatric jets back up qb, its pretty much the apocolpyse. I wish you well.

Daboll has had enough of Dangeruss.

mr limited

imo, the Texans are the only 0-3 team with a chance to make the playoffs.

Their Defence is vvg still and it might only take 8 wins to make the playoffs in the AFC. They need a way to fix their O line which may be beyond them, but they have a chance

I've already seen more of Dart than I would have liked. IMO he's a head case and a system qb. I must admit that I have been surprisingly impressed by the way he has carried himself with the Giants.

My predictions:
He's an upgrade over 2025 Russ.
If he's in a system with a decent running game, some quick passes, and speedy WRs, he'll do ok. He will need a serviceable OL.
He won't get too far through his progressions before he takes off. His career longevity could suffer as a result.
He will likely be in concussion protocol before the end of the season.
He will make more than his share of bone-headed plays.

Here are my top ten teams when completely healthy and playing their best.

1) Detroit
2) Philly
3) Baltimore
4) KC
5) GB
6) Buffalo
7) Denver
8) LAC
9) LAR
10) Tampa

Dart is an intersting prospect who has no chance of hitting the ground running, especially when his first game is against the chargers

He’s still raw as **** and in an ideal world he woulda had 1.5-2 years behind a transitional qb. Unfortunately he’s a giant and this organization is a clown car of abject stupidity so he’ll probably look like total **** for getting thrown into this too early with a coach who is a complete buffoon and won’t realize a semblance of his potential til the giants abandon him and he gets a 1 year deal with some other squad

Time is a flat circle

The Giants don't have the luxury to sit Dart for 1 - 2 years. The way Russel Wilson handled the end game was beyond pathetic and almost as if he didn't care. There is no way they can start Russ again over Dart. He must be somewhat ready to go. I doubt Dabol would play him if he didn't think they had a better chance to win with him. Dabol knows the Giants have to start trending in the right direction to save his job.

if you could somehow merge Monty with Gibbs, you'd get 90% of Bo Jackson.

looking to lock in a couple of bets. will only consider replies from reputable posters w a history of paying off losing bets

bet #1: i want to back DET to win the NFC. my $54 vs your $235

bet #2: i want to back TB to win the NFC: my $52 vs your $505

It's funny how a week ago Green Bay was the clear number one team and Russ Wilson was back.

Can't say I agree with starting Dart week 4. Opponent does not matter to me when making this decision. I think I would intentionally choose a more difficult opponent if the situation calls for it. I hope Dart comes out and plays lights out and looks like rookie year Stroud.

The thing that stands out to me is Tracy's injury. I almost think that if Tracy were healthy they would not put Dart in to play regular snaps. Tracy is a liability in pass protection, where Skateboo looks like he has a solid grasp of the protections so far. I'd say they likely would not have been comfortable with Tracy as the primary back with Dart until Dart has a full understanding of protection schemes.

We will see. I'd expect Daboll to move him around a ton, very similar to his years in Buffalo. Try to take advantage of the edges and Thomas' ability to reach and pin. Could put Chargers on notice to play a lot of zone coverage and that helps a young QB a ton. But if Dart doesn't get outside or doesn't muddle the pocket much you'll see a lot of man in the second half and I'd imagine a few int worthy throws against the tighter coverages.

Dart is most certainly going to have his share of turnover worthy plays. But I think your 3rd paragraph is really what Daboll is chasing. Russ is a statue. Dart can scramble, move around behind the LOS, scheme designed runs, etc.

Daboll is coaching for his job, so it's now or never with the first round QB that they traded up to draft. They've scored less than 10 points in 2/3 games. And the other game was against one of the worst defenses itl.

He has missed some passes. I heard based on people who have watched his film that the receivers aren't helping him out. Several misses should have been catches if the receiver just made a better play. The team is not playing well but they could easily be 3-0.

Bo's had the NFL's best pass protection since he's walked on an NFL field (this year is no different):

granted, it's early in his NFL career, but he doesn't appear to be a QB who will be able to elevate a team. his ceiling may be replacement level. he's unlikely to ever start in a conference championship game imo

Denver actually hasn't been beaten. They have beaten themselves. Way too many self inflicted wounds. Not great coaching. Way too many offensive penalties putting Bo into long down and distances. Also, they need Dre Greenlaw to play. The linebacker play has been trash. Also, eventually RJ Harvey will start getting involved.

I swear to god if they keep Riley Moss after this year...I dunno what ill do, but ill do something!

Seriously, hes awful.

by ligastar m

not to mention Bo missing wide ass open TD passes

Twice. Just an awful choke job.

I wonder how many times Henry would have to fumble to get benched? Legit question

Former Bengals Pro Bowl RB Rudi Johnson, dead by suicide at 45.

Sometimes I feel guilty loving this sport.

appreciate the mention of skattebo
to his detriment has never hesitated being a physical presence and being solid in pass pro

Cam has been fun to watch.

it's early in his career, but he has started 20 games. that's not nothing

my point is that he probably will never be ELITE and may have trouble ever getting to Tier 2 during his career

Tampa Bay's point differential (+6) ranks tied for the smallest of any 3-0 team in league history, per Pro Football Reference.

this is wild

O'Connell and Flores have won 23 games together. In those games, the Vikings’ defense has totaled almost 20 times more EPA than the offense, per TruMedia. Talk about not failing your quarterbacks!

Of those 23 victories, 14 came with Sam Darnold in the lineup, four with Kirk Cousins, two with Joshua Dobbs and one apiece with Jaren Hall, J.J. McCarthy and Carson Wentz. The defense outperformed the offense from an EPA standpoint 16 times in those 23 Vikings victories.

Even after the victory at New England, Pittsburgh is off to its third-worst three-game start on defense during the Mike Tomlin era, as measured by defensive EPA per play.

When Walker (GB RT Rasheed Walker) dreamed aloud of an undefeated season, he probably did not know Cleveland was 13-5 at home (.722) against teams with winning records since Kevin Stefanski became the Browns' coach in 2020. Only Buffalo (10-3) and Kansas City (12-4) have better home records against winning teams since then.

Damn. KOC might be a Flores merchant.
