this is still highly illegal and will accelerate them getting shut down and or getting criminal charges as well. It shows intent not to comply as well which is why they will make an example out of them.

You chose a career, online poker, and you chose to live in CA. Those choices are incompatible given online poker is not legal in CA.

You have couple of choices. You can move to where your career choice is legal. Or you can change your career choice. Moving to Commerce fits this latter choice by switching to playing live.

If their lawyers believe it is not illegal then why aren't they back in the states they've banned this year? It makes no sense. If the new model was to bypass sweeps laws and legislation then those states should be back instantly under the new model........they are not though

The states banned sweeps sites. They are claiming this site is now a training site...not a sweeps site. If they were so confident in the new model they would be back in those states. The point is they are not confident at all
