Today we are back to peak Rice, my god lol.

He starts off going on to show us where to print out boarding passes at the airport( extremely help ful thanks), and then insta goes on a rant about why printing out on paper is more convinient than just scanning it on your smartphone.

You cant make this **** up, you just cant.

This video alone should win him that coveted GPI.

The climbing up the wall and the smart phone vs. Paper ticket rant - 10/10.

Agreed, that combo was absolute gold content.

He says the casino is "walking distance" from the airport. That's only because he's too cheap to pay for an uber. I can just see him walking an hour on the side of the road from the airport to the casino to save $10 and feeling like the world's biggest genius the entire way.

The reality captured in today's video was somehow even more hilarious than I had envisioned it ever could be!

That was a homerun for sure. The heavy breathing combined when he walked the wrong way and coudnt find the right way out through the parking garage was amazing as well.

And not to forget the socalled delicious sandwich he bought, that looked like absolute planecrash. Its probably the most dirt cheap item he could fint to buy in there.

The only thing that could top it is if he changes his mind and walks the 5 miles to the college for another campus tour and then dines at the student dining hall.

It's hilarious that this clown pays for flights to all these places and then is limited to doing only what is walking distance from the airport. I still can't believe what we are witnessing. That SF trip is still in first place for me, but who knows maybe it will be get surpassed before the year is out.

Yeah,on board with that. Didnt he mention the trip to the campus was like a $50 Uber trip? So it has to be a freaking long walk roundtrip if he was going to actually do that.

San Fran is also 1.place for me,but if he did decide to do that long walk to the campus this trip would likely capture the gold medal.

He said it's a 5 mile walk. The $50 was just a typical gross exaggeration that he uses to avoid paying for anything. Look at what this clown does to avoid paying $10 for an uber fare after paying for airfares.

Instead of arriving to the casino in comfort and relaxed with a convenient 3 minute ride he prefers to do that nonsense he did in today's video. Using his shadow as a human sundial to navigate true north was just peak ELD.

An Uber from the airport to M8trix runs about $17. An Uber from the airport to San Jose State University is about $16.

Using the sun and your shadow to figure out direction instead of just getting a smartphone with a compass app…peak Rice today. Can’t wait to see him get down that vertical wall coming back.

Airports are specifically designed to not be able to walk in/out of for both security and tax reasons. Don’t tell that to Rice though.

He talked about the height/slope of that wall like it was Mt Everest. My 90 year old grandma could get up that wall. And he sounded like he was dying walking on flat ground.

He seriously needs to see a doctor.

Genuine question. What is meant by "lobbies himself"? And is this a widely used term in USA

Its a term for leaving the table. My guess as to its origin is that a 'lobby' correlates to the poker table, and by leaving the table you are leaving the 'lobby.'

"lobby [lob-ee]

an entrance hall, corridor, or vestibule, as in a public building, often serving as an anteroom; foyer.

a large public room or hall adjacent to a legislative chamber."

Never claimed it made sense. I may have heard of the term long ago, but an earlier post ITT reminded me of it

ELD states he does not use a smart phone since the brightness can never be adjusted properly and/or the smart phone battery will die.

Strange. Although my phone automatically adjusts brightness, a quick flick of the finger brings up a slider bar and you can adjust brightness to desired level quickly and easily overriding the default setting.

Also, casinos/hotels/airports, and even the airplanes themselves, all offer free charging ports for your cell phone, should your phones normal 12 to 16 hours of usage between charges become exceeded.

Actually, I'm shocked that Rice doesn't take this opportunity to stick it to the man by using all this readily available free electricity to charge a phone.

Although, expending all this extra time and energy and futzing around to print a boarding pass is a hallmark of whack pack behavior. Always do things in a difficult time consuming manner to accomplish mundane tasks to maintain status in the whack pack.

Similar to trying to navigate parking garages on foot, employing boy scout tricks instead of using GPS, walking bike trails and climbing walls, instead of taking an Uber for $17 in air conditioned comfort to the casino.

Which raises the question, how would a goof ball without a cell phone obtain an Uber in the first place? I ignorantly thought the Uber app on your phone was required.

there is no way this goober has a smart phone. Uber was never an option.

I saw in the thread that UBER now has a phone number Grandpa without a cell phone can call for an UBER.

Although this eliminates the nice feature of the app - who picked up the call, when will they get here, where are they at on their way, and how much longer to get here, and once arrived where are they waiting.

Which come to think of it, using this number even if you do have a cell phone, is perfect whack pack material. Always expend more time and energy than necessary with little or no gain, Ideally making things more difficult, to accomplish ordinary mundane tasks.

Extra whack pack bonus points if you waste several hours to save one dollar.

It's more like you're "in the lobby" instead of "at the table". Your clock is turned off so that you're no longer earning comps or tier credits until you're back in the game. If you missed a blind, you stay off the clock until you pay what blinds you missed. You only get credit for comp purposes when you're eligible to pay rake.

M8trix is only a mile or two from the airport.

Has anyone figured out why he's so fascinated with college campuses? I lived in San Jose for over 25 years and never once wanted to visit the campus. I don't even know where it is. Somewhere in San Jose I guess.

The college campus plays an important role in the psyche of ELD. It is a place of ELD's formative years where ELD drew a line in the sand. This is where ELD took a stand against the rubric and decided to avoid modern technology such as smart phones and become a Nomad since a career in the legal arena was meaningless.

The fascination with stadiums is related to ELD's belief of the college against its interests failing to recruit ELD as head coach again to the college's detriment, not ELD's detriment, since ELD went on to develop the Nomadic Method and achieve top tier in Nomadic casino statuses at least through 2025. Thus 2026 could be a breaking point since ELD risks having no tier status which is why ELD will go to great lengths to get his 150 hours at MGM to avoid even the possibility of not having a high tier.

Hot Dayum!

Does Uber pick you up anywhere? I was in Vegas once getting In n Out when my car broke down. I called a cab company, but getting a taxi to pick you up at a place they don't usually go (casino, hotel, or airport) is an exercise in frustration. After waiting for an hour, I walked over to a nearby hotel and was sitting in a cab 10 minutes later.

It's the last time in his life he wasn't considered a loser. Judging criteria on who is considered a "good student" are easy to understand. You don't need to navigate office politics in school. Everyone is broke in college, so he didn't feel out of place. In the real world, your value to your employer isn't measured in who can memorize the most easily digestible facts.

By that logic he should be trespassing all over high school campuses too.

I'm sure High School was the scene of many embarrassments and humiliations for Rice.

His fascination of college campuses falls in line with his tendency to hang out in places he simply doesn't belong. Golf courses without clubs, bike trails without a bike, stadiums and playing fields without a ball, parking garages and parking lots without a car, tours of grocery store aisles, or even restaurants, with no intention of purchasing anything.

I'm surprised he doesn't stand around casino swimming pools fully dressed.
