Especially when coupled with this

At what point does the bigness of the club stop mattering to players wanting to go there? I guess when they stop paying massive wages tbh

Yeah, the correlation between money and players wanting to go there will be very high.

However I'm not sure how you value the impact of the guy on £200k a week no longer being served by the guy he was friendly with in the canteen because the company didn't fancy paying him £11/hour.

Honestly this is a nod to part of the perverse reason I'm rooting for Wrexham to basically win the Champions League in the next 10 years. Would show how ****ed up it is but also be kind of amazing?

Revenues increasing is virtually meaningless when your balance sheet is as horrific as that article suggests.

It's more than the balance sheet, they can probably sustain a **** load of debt if they are run well, it's that you spend your revenues on stuff like the £100m fidget spinner, a rotund Brazilian pensioner or going to Ibiza for a banger of a weekend and deciding there when you've had a few Mick Mills and some expensive wine that you'll keep your failing manager for a while longer.

A few Mick Mills and some expensive wine sounds bloody lovely to me right now.

It's a great combination. Preferably where the sun is shining and away from the pressures of day to day life.

Be careful making big decisions when under the influence though, you never know what you might agree to.

I'm too old. Would need a full week no responsibilities to sleep and cry to get over it these days.

Yeah I did that. I'd recommend it.

Seems crazy but his odds for next prem manager to leave post are getting shorter and shorter on the exchanges.

Potter has converted to Islam. Clearly the sacking has hit him hard.

Leeds haven't lost at home for over a year, and we always lose going into an international break.

Is Meslier now the number three keeper at Leeds?

From the recent performance I've seen, it is not a surprise.

Kolo Muani has been out for weeks with a dead leg. Did he get kneed in the thigh at breaktime at school?

How is that a thing?

Definitely.
Remains to be seen if Darlow can keep the shirt when Perri is fit though.

Pretty sure Giggs pulled out of a Wales friendly with a Chinese burn.
