Speaking of lack of privacy, I'm guessing that he doesn't use the perma address shower bc he's paranoid that there might be a pinhole spy cam in the shower. I am finding it extremely hard to believe that a tightwad like Rice wouldnt use the shower at home,if he had one available.
He has been visiting the weightroom like clockwork every single time before a dealershift since he moved in,at least all the times he has mentioned it in the vlog wich is very often. Surely sometimes he would be running late to work and save time by showering at the adress if he had that as an option?

At this point he is nothing more than a cautionary tale. Prospects look very bleak at his age with no savings, no immediate way of earning money and limited access to health care.
Talk of wealthy relatives and impending inheritance also seem a bit fanciful. Both the Troopers appear to come from low income backgrounds so either of them having rich relatives is hard to believe

A possible theory to explain how the Troopers get their two bedroom unit with a garage could be that they are on Section 8 housing which would allow them to get subsidized for $1838 and pay the difference for the rent.
Urban Nomad teaches it is better to have two or more people for Section 8 since that will give a greater bedroom size and three Nomads in a household will give a free single family home.

It might not be a legit rental. Diesel doesn't have a lease. Legit rentals have a habitability standard to meet, which includes a legit functioning bathroom. Diesel is cheap enough and dumb enough to rent a tool shed just to save a few bucks.
Even if it's not a legal rental, I doubt a homeowner would want to risk having a renter use a make-shift bucket crapper, or camping toilet, that might not hold the smell, in the room. But u might be right.
The room doors with windows on them is interesting. I can only think of a pantry room in a big house having those. If that's what it used to be, then it IS fitting that Rice rents it. Rice is kept in the pantry, hehe.
All this speculation on the permanent address is crazy. It is obviously a trap house, probably filled with meth heads. Things like showers or even running water is optional. This is one step up from living in the tunnels.

Probably the same reason why he assumes that anyone he comes in contact with or even sits down at his table must be a viewer of his vlog. He thinks everything about his life is amazing. When he transferred all his junk from his car to his bunker he was shocked that the car had more space and got lighter. He now thinks he is the only person in the world driving a car that isn't stuffed to the gills with crap. This is the same guy who thought there have only ever been two poker players to successfully retire from poker. Bottom line is that he's the world's biggest buffoon; literally everything he thinks and does is guaranteed to be wrong and foolish in the extreme.
