2025 NFL Season Thread: Can Uncle Rico save the Broncos or will they be Nixed?
Greetings friends.
Those of you who know me know me as a Niners fan full of fantastical levels of vitriol and rage. I hav
Heh, I still like Denver but they will slide a touch I suspect by tomorrow night.
Chiefs have established a really solid floor. Just week in week out they will be there. All the pre season concerns are gone, Mahomes is big time back.
The whole two headed Sonic and Knuckles thing for the Lions is great when abusing weaker defenses, but it is not good against stronger teams. Swear it hurts their game flow.
Having said all that anybody can get beat right now, parity feels real. Simultaneously feels like we're destined for KC-PHI again while also live for LAC-TB.
Monday night 7pm Bucs @ Lions
Game of the year of the week.
I’d rather have a midget for a QB than a moron.
Spoiler
It's rigged
Still super dumb by Branch. If youβre gonna fight the guy, at least do it in the tunnel
Is it a block when Branch was nowhere near the play?
I'd take Fields over Tua at this point.
If Ruxin isn't canned today, he should seriously consider trading for someone, or giving Wilson or Ewers a shot. No idea if the latter would actually be any better, but I don't think it would be any worse and could be the only way to save his job.
Argh, matey
Maybe Tua's the one showing up late to players only meetings. Maybe it's because they "forgot" to invite him.
I vaguely remember seeing something about the league figuring out how to stop dolphin's passing attack, like cover 2 or something? but every team that played the dolphins just did this defense against them, and their idiot coach was never able to adjust.
maybe a lot of tua's lack of success should be blamed on whatever that clown coach is named. I forget.

Only so much you can do with a guy that can't throw with any real velocity or struggles to throw the ball more than 15 yards downfield.
Goodbye, Callahan.
Just embarrassing from the Titans.
I had no idea that Reich is the current interim coach at Stanford.
That list is more of an indictment on the front office decision than anything.
Urban didn't belong anywhere near an NFL sideline.
Reich was a failed retread and poor hire from the start. I also still believe he self-sabotaged so he could GTFO.
Everyone except the Bears thought retaining Eberflus when drafting a new QB at 1 overall was a terrible decision.
Maybe Callahan can work out somewhere else, but his Titans tenure was a disaster. Obviously that team and roster is one of the worst itl, and he probably should have been given until the end of the season. But I don't see how he would have earned another season the rest of the way, delaying the inevitable.
Also, lolCardinals.
