Do you have any actual evidence that 10 hiroshima’s worth of bombs is actually an unreasonable amount or that simply increasing the amount of tonnage makes it more deadly? I mean it comes out to roughly 150 kilotons. Is that a lot for a war? Were they deployed in such a way that made it evident that they were being used indiscriminately?
As for your attempt to reverse it? Nah. I’m happy the hostages are coming home and I am hopeful the war is over and that there is an actual path to a Palestinian state on the horizon. I’m fearful that Hamas and the Israeli far right would never let that happen.

He apparently isn't very knowledgeable about how Arab societies work. Pretty much the first day you make a deal you can expect they will start breaking it.

I think once you understand his role in this play, it is easy to just treat him as an irrelevant court fixture and ignore him. I engage him a little for my own entertainment, but my expectations are extremely low and I am pretty much never surprised.

There is probably a lot of bad faith framing, but directionally this is probably true, and it is also not anything out of the ordinary. When you have bodies you dont plan on doing anything with anytime soon, you put them in freezers until you are ready to do something. This is what US hospitals did in 2020 during the height of Covid. In NY they used refrigerated storage containers to hold the bodies until they could be handled, because they quickly ran out of hospital space.

This is an old issue -- Israel refusing to turn over bodies to Palestinian families to punish and humiliate them. There are special graveyards for these bodies.
