This is what basically caused me to stop watching poker vlogs entirely when they all turned into stream game recaps. Other than the banality of Rice and Trooper daily lives this is the next worst form of poker content.

ELD could have went to Super 8 in Fresno for $80 and then gotten a Wyndham qualifying night and waited for a cheap return flight or Greyhound bus.

Fresno will even send Nomads back to their permanent address for free as part of the California homeless return program.

I would have gone to get drinks also. But him pretending he would have payed 100 is hilarious. He stays away for 2-3 days to not pay that for some shitty hotel room on his trips.

What a shock he wins 500 bucks so he gives results.

Where did Trooper get the money for AP? He started Sept by losing 6K the first 4 days. So how short a roll did he have to sustain that?

yeah I don't get too entertained by the "this game was crazy, we are doing the stand up game, player D opens to $1100 with T 6 off suit, he gets called by "K 5"... it's not relatable. games with rich people who don't care about money and make bad plays all night for dick measuring contests are boring.

Peak pokervlogs for me was when Neeme was at the top of his vloggergame. Playing in public casinogames at Vegas joints like Wynn,Bellagio and Aria. Some trips to LA here and there,or mixing it up with the 1/2 uncapped at Golden Nugget.

Sprinkled in with showing us some cool resturants and some cool cocktailplaces and epic droneshots it was close to the perfect content.

This was the golden era for me and i would guess for alot of others as well. I do think this era is gone for good and will never be coming back,wich is kinda sad to think about.

Something is seriously wrong with that guy.

Gets to the airport several hours before his flight as he ended his 2 hour poker session early. He didn't want to risk losing back his precious winnings. He talks about going back to Fresno and playing a 12 hour session LOL He was just there for 15 hours and he couldn't bring himself to play more than a few hours. He couldn't even crack 10hrs over 4 days when he was trying to get hours in at MGM but he thinks he's gonna play 12 hours in a single session. What planet does he live on?

Most hilarious thing is when he's saying that South West should be willing to sell him a seat on the flight for $20. Shows what a tightwad he is. Pretends like he would have paid $100 for the earlier flight. No chance in the world he would have paid a cent over $30. He'd sooner walk back to Vegas than drop $300 on a flight!

How do homeless have a permanent address?

Do they need proof? Otherwise anyone that wants a free trip to California can just say "I'm homeless with a permanent address in Napa Valley", etc.

Yeah,Rice claimed he would have payed up to $125 to get a seat on the earlier Southwest flight. We all know theres zero chance he would actually pay that amount. We are talking about a guy that cannot stop mentioning how he got that bus ride for free and saved $1.

Its not the biggest lie in the world by any means,but it illustrates once again that Rice is choosing to lie whenever he feels the need to.

Did Rice really put his cronut on the car without a napkin or paper towel?

Isnt that what he did with the classic chicken on the hood meal as well?

I am also interested in how he got that cronut. It costs like $12 or something,that is a big splurge for such a massive tightwad like Rice.

He probably got it with comps,cant imagine him paying up cash for something like that.

Poker Nomad cannot stop talking about his disappointment that gyros, ie. JIY-ROSE, are not on the menu as they were supposed to be..

His life revolves around the EDR calender. When it's one of his favorites he starves himself for a day and then goes in an hour early so he can feast to his hearts content.

I'll bet no one else even bothers to look at what's coming up in the EDR the next day. Meanwhile ELD has the entire month memorized. Ive never seen a grown man get so giddy with excitement for some free crappy food!

In today's video, ELD states he hates parking in the Flamingo parking garage, and traffic was very bad and was in gridlock until he got to Harrah's.

This of course begs the question, why didn't ELD park only once at Harrah's.

ELD also reports on the elevated EDR menu.

He wouldn't have paid 5 dollars.
I can just picture him screaming at the poor person working the desk at that gate- "moron the plane is already going to Vegas and there are empty seats."

He's definitely never chipped in once for an uber/cab if someone else is with him "it's already going there" George Constanza style.

His obsession with the EDR and to murder the food there on a daily basis is just remarkable.

The thing with the EDR setup,is that someone like Rice can catch two or even three flies at the same time by abusing it properly.

1)It helps him with his obsession on using as close to zero dollars as possible on food pr month. Because he can skip meals both on the same day or even the day before,due to the eat as much as you want bufeet style on the EDR. When he sits there for a 1 hour feast,he likely eats for 3 persons or 3 meals in 1 meal.

2)Rice loves eating towers on food when he does eat,or "going to town" as he frequently calls it. Getting to eat so much and become so full that he is barely able to walk+its free is like the perfect setup for him.

3)Bonus hack is that Rice really is both lazy and a tightwad like nobody else.So he never eats any solid proteine for example other than sausage or other available stuff that is close to free at the grocery shop. So at the EDR he gets to eat dinners and products he never does when he cooks at home in his trusty old ricecooker like chicken or salmon.

So yeah,safe to say the EDR setup is like multiple gifts inside one package for Rice,like a mystery box filled with yummy stuff.
