I’m well, except back pain. Might have maybe a year or 2 left before retiring. Almost 40 and should lift for longevity now. Pwrlifting was fun but now thinking long life.
I cycle a lot now for the cardio. Love it. Urban riding my fixie. It’s great. Weekends I have time and try to get most miles in.
Might just take the manager gig and live the safe 9-5. District manager needs managers. Manager shortage due to layoffs and firings lately.

FWIW I've had losing years even accounting for bonuses and other nonsense. Most pros will have this happen. It can be debated on the underlying reasons why (subtle tactical changes that aren't well captured by your model, limited CLV in your sport, etc), but I think you underestimate how easy it is to run bad over 10k hands. Now just imagine how few you actually have.
I've also never met a feel bettor who won. Like... ever.
That being said, winning is way better than losing! And congrats on being up 8k, just keep up with the entertainment value side and try to stick with the whole "I bring lunch instead of buy McDonalds meal" bet sizing.
